Should I stop trading in this bear market?

Trading is like an addiction, but this bear market seems will be very long. Bitcoin is going to under 4k USD, ETH is now 110 USD, Almost 80% coin fell down. I can't make profits at this moment in trading, Because after getting a little bit of profit, the market again goes under, then another coin eats my profit too. What should I do now?

Yes and its the best thing that we should do is stop and wait for the market to recover because if we force to involve in trading today we might be losing some of our investment capital due to continuously drop of crypto currency market today.

Unless you're shorting the market, you're almost certainly going to lose money. Trading long is for bull market, trading short is for bear markets, at least based on probability of success, this is how you should trade markets based on their conditions. That said, if you can catch an oversold bounce from Bitcoin in the near future, it could be worth 50%+ profit to the upside. From what i think either you cash out everything to fiat and leave crypto market or shift your focus to long term which is at least 2-3 years and i strongly believe the market will recover by then.

I think in this market only thing to do (if you are cold blooded) is to keep trading, thats the only action can make you earn some money. Or wait for the storm to pass for indefinite time.
