I think for a project to be successful bounty hunter job is an important aspect to create awareness unless that ICO already got Private investors or many connections that are willing to buy the coins they are offering.

This prize campaign is carried out to encourage bounty hunters to promote in various ways. With the hope that these bounty hunters can promote well and attract many investors.

Because to make a successful project because of promotion throughout the world that results in successful projects, such as the example of all TV ads including real projects and that requires promotion, right?
