A very good explanation for knowing the good bounty or not. But this point does not apply when the ICO project is indeed made to commit fraud. in my opinion to be able to have a good bounty and success you should see from the manager and see from the website and from the team of ICO developers and ico founders ,lest you become a participant of bounty campain that has a useless ico project even scam, because it will harm you.
