Is investing on ICOs still profitable?

I think some ICO is still profitable while some are not profitable based on the value of their coin or project.

Actually it will be very harmful to say still its time to invest to ICO where maximum ICOs doing fail due to bad market condition. But you can invest on ICO which portfolio is good, which roadmap and team management also good. But be sure that market will come again into its previous condition.
