The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has denied that Binance is under its regulation. According to a recent statement, the MFSA has announced that it does not oversee the activities of the exchange, meaning that Binance has no authority to operate in Malta.

As usual this will end with a tax request for Binance from MALTA countries.
MALTA State also wants to feel cold money from Binance (maybe).

This regulation is something normal because the services to be able to circulate finance in a country must be taxable.

Indeed, if a country has rules for cryptocurrency that always provides new ones in the token price, whether it goes up or down, then the price will definitely change.
Malta is indeed a country that has opened a lot of doors for all cryptocurrencies including TRON, Ethereum and Stellar, so for Binance it may still be tested for validity and this will definitely take some time to accept.

I don't think Binance needs Malta to promote its coin because if it has been banned in Malta, many other countries will open up for BNB coins.
Indeed, 1 country has a big share in the survival of cryptocurrency but if that is what they want then of course Binance also has different thoughts.

The question is when Malta opens operations for Binance, will users there have easy access to Binance?
Malta is a country with lots of regulatory problems, so I think when Binance opened it was also difficult to spread its wings there.

But I hope the prime minister there will make things easier operations for Binance in the future.
