Actually I wonder why ethereum is not the #1 crypto which have more advantages than other coins. Do we define the the top coins by the value or by the market cap and not by more advantages than the other?

It is not #1 yet, but it will certainly have a good chance to become one in the near future. Bitcoin is not evolving so with a time it will lose its positions.

We aren't sure about that as bitcoin lead the entire market. So it will be difficult to defeat.

As you are rightly saying a number of factors come to play in defining top coins. It does not solely depend on the value alone but other factors. Although ethereum is one of the coins at the moment with lot of advantages, yet still it is not the one but bitcoin still is.

I think Because bitcoin is the first of crypto currency , Bitcoin is more valuable and more popular than ethereum. But I predict ethereum will overtake bitcoin at the coming year.

Good questions mate. The reason why ethereum is not top of crypto currency, because Bitcoin is the first of crypto and bitcoin demand is higher than ethereum.
Currently ripple now is above ethereum then we could say there are more demands of ripple than ethereum that made ripple in rank two. Probably ripple will maintain its rank and would not let ethereum get back again unless ethereum exceed ripple performance.

Yes I see ethereum is more advantages than other. Ethereum is the King of ICO, because ethereum is smart contract platform. But I believe ethereum will be the top and replace bitcoin.

Ethereum is a good Altcoin coin. Ethereum's market base is mostly in the ICO and many users buy Ethereum just to invest in the ICO.
