I personally agree with that if BTC continues to decline, because several walls prepared by investors so that BTC does not experience a decline have also been destroyed.
now eth can only wait for the vital buterin movement as CEO so they can rise again.

I do not think this is the case. For Ethereum to rise again, the dev team needs to finish the ethereum 2.0.
No need for a Buterin stunt. They just need to make sure that the next release is way better than the first one.

Even if Vitalik speaks up there's nothing to do with the market crash and it will not help to make the price rise because cryptocurrencies are decentralized and no one controls it. The price of Ethereum is dramatically going down but I still believe in this project. I'm hoping to see Ethereum in the top 2 spot again hopefully.

Prediction is either correct or not and it is like a 50/50 chance that the prediction will happen or not and this cryptocurrency industry is well known for being a speculative type of industry.

Nah. Even if Vitalik make a new announcement today, I don't think that'll effect Eth price that much.

Only people decide if the price will rise or fall and no CEO or developer has control over the price because cryptocurrencies are decentralized.

I personally always believe ethereum will rise again soon. It is very potential and will have great future. I believe it.

Most of the people predicted that Bitcoin will be skyrocketing on the month of November and only seven days left
before the end of this months and still there is no signs of a bull run or skyrocketing. I guess most of their prediction
turn out to be wrong.
