1 ETH, should i hold or buy another coin with it?

you better buy the eth that you have for another coin, because it can be ascertained if the coin you buy goes up in price and eth also rises, surely you get multiple profits.

I will keep hold of 1eth, It is currently the eth price again declined, but I believe the eth will rise again as early as 2018.

it's better that you keep holding one eth that you have, because if you make a purchase on another coin it is also very risky if the coin you buy with eth decreases again.

Actually if you can do the analysis well, then buying 3 coins with 1 Eth You is the right way to get bigger profits. instead of only storing 1 coin Eth. Because if we find a good coin, and at a low price. then it's not impossible that the coin can experience an increase in price to 20x more expensive or even 50x more expensive than the first price of the coin appeared. I think it is better to hold it because one with is oonly a minimal amount so  If we are going to buy another coin, maybe we can only brought few coin. It is better to hold it and wait until  the time comes that its price will rise before buying any other coin on the feild.
