Yes cause there is a lot of ICO who using the ETH platform are selling off their ETH + the market condition is not good at the moment. So it drives the ETH prices free fall. But i think it will be just temporary cause we already know about the ETH platform and their technolgy inside and their developer are keep active developing ETH too. Its just matter of time for their price will going back to its highest price.

In my opinion,  I think it is because of the market is falling down also. It is also because of the etf thats why the prices is still down.
