OP I just noticed you have two announcement thread here which is not appropriate. Although as a casino, it is nice and wise to run one announcement thread here so as to avoid confusion. What I would advise you to do now is to possibly lock this thread or tell the admin to delete it immediately so that it does not conflict with the other. You can choose one amongst the two thread to continue with as I see the both were registered the same month.

It is obvious that OP did not locked this thread for over some months now after opening another thread similar in name and activities to this particular thread. I have already called OP attention in my previous post and it is virtually over 20 hours for OP to respond but nothing has been done about it. I am afraid this might cause a little confusion and set back for this casino because people would become sceptical about their existence since they already have two account in their names and nobody could tell which is their original handle so as to follow up with activities and engagements. It is unfortunate that they are not taking their customer care seriously here.
