블록체인 기반 탈중앙화 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 블록스택이 발행한 가상자산 '스택스' 토큰(STX)이 증권이 아니라는 법률 의견서를 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 제출했다고 9일 밝혔다. 이는 블록스택이 미국 증권법 적용 대상이 아니며, 미국 현지에서 자유롭게 거래될 수 있다는 것을 증명하기 위함이다.
