For now only for cheap crypto the market is very positive but for expensive crypto like BTC and ETH  the marketvalue is still decreasing.

It is recovering but later on its declining again so still its not stable. It is true that there is an opportunities when the price crashes but this is in favor of the new comers that just join the investment but for those who bought Crypto at ATH it will be a lose for them in which this current performance is not really good that we might also think that some people will afraid to join the investment than grabbing the opportunity.
