Like what has been said before, that Contract Vault is built up based on a mission where anyone can develop, use, resell, customise, and repurpose legally sound contract without detail or legal knowledge on the Ethereum Blockchain. In a simple word, its a platform that will help all users to make contracts as simple as drag and drop.

Even people with no detailed knowledge will be able to design and execute legally contract for any purpose. Contract Value is not trying to change or replace the existing law of the existing system of Smart Contract, instead, the company thinks that Blockchain and Smart Contract itself will be expanding their product. But, Contract Vault created the new form of a platform that based on the mission to bring the fairness and trust to millions of new transactions.

Contract Vault will be combining multi-tools and services to make the process of creation, distribution, and execution of the existing form of traditional and next-generation agreements become more simple than before.

Like other things in cryptocurrencies world, Contract Vault platform also needs the role of token that will be used to transacting within its app. The token of Contract Vault will be known as VLT token or (VAULT). It's a utility token that is transferable and based on ERC20 Standard. With VLT token, the consumers, law firms, and corporations can be utilizing their need within Contract Vault platform.

The token sale of VLT token will be started with the pre-crowd sale on the 1st December 2017 until 31st January 2018. And the real token sale will be started on 1 May 2018.

The Team of Contract Vault is led by Gordon Mickel as the founder and managing director of Contract Vault team.

Gordon Mickel is already known for his outstanding experience in 20 years delivering production-grade software. Since 2013 also, he has been involved in blockchain technology and has a high passion for Ethereum project and decentralized app. For the past, for years Gordon has been working in some companies like RUAG defence, Kaba Schewelz, Post Finance, and etc as Lead Developer.

Gordon also led the other member of Contract Vault, and they have different expertise and experience in blockchain technology. He is been advised by Perica Grasarevic that also has outstanding experience in blockchain technology.
