Do I earn in posting even if i'm not in campaign?

Definitely not. You must enroll to a bounty campaign like signature campaign to promote their ICO projects. But make sure you rank will be qualified of what you applied for and make sure to read rules and regulation of the campaign for better understanding.

You can only earn when you join a signature campaign and make constructive posts on the forum. If you are not wearing any signature, you only earn points on the forum. If you want to make money during posting, then join a signature campaign.

Postings will only increase your rank to a higher level. The more posts you have, the faster you increase your rank. But you cannot make money from posts, unless you join the campaign bounty.
