Allowed to use TOR or VPN?

I tried to search with TOR service but ended up like moderator and or translator type result. So here I had to create a new topic for the query. Does this forum allow TOR or VPN? I would not ask if the system would not have a referral program. Hope it makes sense.

I think there is no problem if you use TOR or VPN. Especially, if you use it not to break forum rules.

What I said is: I used the search function on the top right corner with the keyword "tor" to find if there any any topic that had discussion about using tor browser to keep the user anonymous but did not find any topic related to tor. Instead topic related to "tor" I ended up getting result which were related to translator and moderator. Hope now you understand.

My concern was since there is a referral program so users possibly can create new account using tor browser and can easy fool the referral system.

Anyway I already had my answer. Seems like I can use tor browser.
