It may be possible becasue the SOL network fee is very low but the ETH network fee is high and that is not good. Now this time so many projects are go to the SOL and also on the BNB network because the ETH network fee is high and all these networks are secure and good. SOL network is a good network and in future it will get more good projects.
The current Ethereum network still has quite high transaction costs and the cost of creating new tokens is quite expensive. Therefore, Ethereum is used for those who have well-developed products that will be valuable. Meanwhile, when new projects enter the Solana network, many of them end up being scams because on the Solana network the transaction fees are all very cheap.

I think with the current gwei it's still quite cheap compared to the previous high.

Remember that Solana is not an Ethereum killer by any means, they may say Solana has a cheap network but behind it all are a lot of scammers making token plans that will rugpull later which in the end becomes a scam.

But ETH will not be able to be overtaken because MC is too big and far different from Solana.
That's right, as you said, Ethereum fees are currently quite cheap and we can take advantage of these cheap Ethereum fees to carry out transactions on Ethereum. It is normal that when token creation and transaction costs are quite cheap, scammers will take advantage of it.

For a long time we have seen a lot of fraud on the Binance smart chain and several networks with cheap gas fees, which is normal. Because the fraudster also sees the biggest possibility he can do. Tehreum's gas fee has decreased, hopefully this is not a problem of decreased traffic but the impact of improvements made by the developer team

The Binance Smart Chain chain and several networks that have cheap transaction fees and cheap token creation fees also have a lot of scams. Currently, the most common are Binance Smart Chain and Solana. Even though many are scams, we can still use some of them to make a profit.

SOL network may beat ETH network for chip transaction fees but sol will never beat ETH in terms of coin value popularity.  ETH is a very old coin and it is the first altcoin.  And ETH's market cap is $450 billion and SOL's is only $80 billion.  So how does SOL compare to ETH?  Yes SOL has a lot of features in their chain sol has gained a lot of popularity due to its very low transaction fees but that doesn't mean that sol can overtake ETH

There is nothing impossible in this life, only if we believe in the delivery capacify of that thing to perform, if we are to go by what we have on ground now, we may say that Solana may not achieve this because its still by many ways far from the range Ethereum is presently, but we are to go extensively into the future, there is nothing that cannot happen in seeing that Solana worth the same or even more value than Ethereum.

Looking at past, I'd say no. Solana despite being cheap is not a dependeble network, it has had frequent outages. How many ethereum had? As far as In know — none (Though, when ethereum gas fee reaches 200 gwei, it's as good as an outage  :P).

You know if Solana were to go down one time, it's understandable but if it keeps failing again and again, there is something wrong.

Solana often experiences network outages for hours this results in many transactions being choked up, I don't know what happened to Solana so often experiencing it how the developers are they not so able to optimize better than other networks.

But behind many failures there is also a lot of support from the community to stay loyal to this coin and even memes can explode again on the solana network which may be due to lower fees than ethereum which is so expensive.

We know many new and successful projects with large funding choose the solana network over the Ethereum network.

I looked at their uptime status website, and within the past 6-9 months, it only happened once in February of 2024, and it lasted for 4 hours.
Since then, there hasn't been any reported outages on the network.

I guess we can say that at least there's some improvement already compared to the time where major outages are happening one after another. Despite the outages, the community behind Solana is huge hence, they are still one of the top coins right now in terms of market cap. Aside from that, there has been new projects that are being created under Solana, and we've seen projects like JITO, Jupiter, WIF, and other more (more in the future). I don't know if this will happen, but I saw on Twitter regarding Solana being the next ETF that will get accepted after Ethereum. I see this totally absurd, but is there a chance for it to happen?

Overall, both Ethereum and Solana and excelling on what they're doing. There are new projects being created under SOL, and new projects on ETH as well.

Where does that rumor come from? I think it's still too early for any new ETF even if some companies plan to introduce it to the public. Isn't Solana closely related to FTX going bankrupt too? While network stability has improved I'm pretty sure the SEC or anyone in charge can argue that introducing an ETF with such history needs more time. I honestly think it's better for the dev to focus on improving stability instead of trying to hit new ATH by fueling rumors because when the bear wakes up their reputation will take a huge hit.
