Why some people don't believe in Bitcoin?

Maybe because of the rumors they've heard, and they mistakenly accepted what they've heard about bitcoin.Some might say it's an online Scam or something, and they don't want to accept what is the true meaning of bitcoin. And some people are being scammed that is why they are afraid to believe anything anymore.

We cant blame them. Even me when i first heard bitcoin i didnt believe that your money will increase fast in just one month.

Because it is getting old and  no one wants to use old coin. New technologies are already competing with bitcoin and future will be after them. At least I think so, but we will see.

Because they don't  do a good research and they rely on media opinion. Media says bitcoin is bad and everyone repeat it.

Actually i dont know what is the main reason but i think they do not believe in bitcoin because they thought it was a scam and there's a lot of news / negative issues about bitcoin.

I think they don't believe bitcoin because they don't know the real background of it so they can't easily trust it. But we can blame them because every people has different mindset and also because of the speculation againts on it and they thought that it is only a scam so they don't invest for it.

Well, sometimes the reason is many unhelpful information such as bitcoin is a scam, bitcoin is bubble, the government and media gives negative feedback. After the others hearing about it they just simply believe without having some research about bitcoin.

I have a friend who is so skeptical when it comes to Bitcoin. He thinks its a scam irrespective of whatever you will say about Bitcoin to him. Is it because he is the type of person who believes in things he can only perceive with his five senses? Or what do you think?

Its because they thought that its a scam and they did not know someone whose successful because of bitcoin.

For me, many people have thier negative thinker in bitcoin they always think that bitcoin is scam and they don't believe in opportunities given by bitcoin. This people are lack of knowledge they don't know how bitcoin works. They cannot see the positive side of bitcoin, and hopefully one day, they accept bitcoin in there life and start to invest.

I see people constantly bitching that their alt coins are getting rekt by bitcoin volatility.. thats usually the biggest complaint I hear.. but they never give bitcoin credit for like in December, when all the bitcoin money splashed into alts and gave everything a 5-10X

You are definitely right, Thats the main reason why some people dont believe in bitcoin, because they have bad experience about it and heard negative thoughts about bitcoin.

Usually people who do not aware or do not trust in Bitcoin is because people mostly prefer a currency that they can be physically hold, especially to the older and non-tech-savvy crowd. Can't blame them.

Because they consider bitcoin a financial pyramid and a deception. some people think that bitcoin is a bubble, and that the price at any moment may fall.
