The dip this week made me realise that I've been too narrow-minded in my dealings in this industry. For the past coupled weeks, I had been so fixated on trading and trying to find the next good pump that I overexposed myself and take heavy hits whenever dips happen.

Because that is indeed the risk of crypto trading, which is quite high for people who are not used to it and really understand how to optimize trading in all market conditions, whether up or down trends. And indeed, instead of continuing to experience losses, it would be much better to stop for a moment, at least we understand how our financial condition is. So, it would be better to stop first rather than being forced and jealous of such an unfavorable situation.

I'm in search of random events, contests and campaigns hosted by any reputable companies. I'd be happy if you could share some here.

What kinds of event and contest? Trading? or any campaign? Do you mean like this signature campaign?

And even when Bitcoin gets lots of FUDs as you say and the trend changes or it experiences a dip and it eventually affects other tokens, we can rest assured that Bitcoin will always bounce back and correct its trend overtime, as long as we continue to HODL through that temporary fluctuations.
While this may not be the case for other tokens, there are tokens that have become worthless due to its inability to recover from a DIP.

Maybe because they choose to do their campaigns on the other forum. As we all know that the traffic is less here, we can see the improvement to before but maybe it is still not enough for the gambling campaigns. It's not time but we will come to that, for sure sooner or later.

There are two gambling campaign who have tried to bring their campaign here, which are bons.io and wins.io, they don't stay for longer and decided to pause their campaign after a few weeks.

One of the golden rule here on crypto world or any investment is that "if it sounds too good to be true, then its a scam" . There's no such thing about free meal or easy money into this world
and if something that you've been able to see some of those offerings or whatever opportunity that had been explained and turns out on making easy money then better avoid and skip it out.
Dont make yourself that delusional because this is where people do put up themselves on harm on the time that the ywould really be that easily believing that it could happen
but in reality it is really that just imaginary or something that cant be possible.

That is what I am saying here mate because that's the big problem here when you don't know how to deal with gambling specially online one? then that is the big issue here as they are not  making any good acting in this as we have experienced this from the past and newbies are mostly the victims .

It is what it is on which these kind of businesses are really that making money on someones unfortunate condition but well as long they arent that forced on playing then i dont see any problems because in the end of the day they are the ones who would really be making up such decision on the time that they would really be playing up gambling on which its up to them whether
