People are always used to having things in an instant that's why patience is hard to do because it is opposite to what we are used to nowadays. We have to do it though because as what Warren Buffett said, Stock market (in our case crypto market) is a device for transferring money (coins) from the impatient to the patient. We just have to believe that it will be okay because it will be eventually as long as we just hold on.
