I feel sorry for Bounty Managers

Being a Bounty Manager must be one of the most frustrating jobs to do. I have participated in a few, and they take so much cr*p from people (admittedly, some/most may be deserved). I just couldn't do it, checking through all the mundane posts, spotting the floods of scammers, and dealing with people saying 'When Moon?'. They must be the most patient people in the world.

I agree somewhat, but some of it can be avoided.. I've done bounties where the bounty manager didn't update anything for 12-14 weeks and then is surprised that people don't trust them when they're saying just be patient.  But you're right people try to copy others all the time and get away with all kinds of nonsense..... even on this forum I've had someone copy my name and telegram information to try to get free credit on a telegram bounty.... and I'm sure little things like that get old REALLY quickly.. TLDR: Bounty managers need to control their own destiny somewhat by updating stakes often and people doing bounties need to be more considerate of how difficult the job really is, especially with high participation and things like ICOs extending and having to be the bearer of bad news.

I think we can't blame the manager coz we don't know how many campaigs he manage. Once the manager handle 5-10 campaigns it is really stressful until not noticing the fact that there are members who tried to scam others and some just a copy pasting job. The managers should be more observer and he should not let himself affected by stress because he choose to be a manager.
To those manager who did mistakes, I hope that they are open minded once there are members who clarify and ask them why. We who notice the mistake we have responsibility to let the manager corrected in a gentle way.

Bounty managers really go through a hell of time especially if they ICO turns out to be scam. Most of the time, it's not their fault but we turn to blame them. They really put in their best and we must appreciate their efforts.

Yes, the task of bounty manager is really hard. Most of the time they get admired at the beginning of the ICO because of their hard work but when the ICO turns out to be a scam, people start to blame them. This is not a good practice. We should understand the matter. They are also as victim as us. I believe that they do their best for the community.

Bounty manager is very important in a bounty,they must see to it that they will update spreadsheets on time because there are lots of speculators in this forum,sometimes people will say negative words to them and it destroys their morality as a person.I just thought that they are the strongest person because they strongly control their emotions most specially when some people think that they are scammers.

That's normal because as bounty manager you are dealing with different people that have different culture and attitude. Specially to someone who wants to see dollars in their pocket. That is why it is better to put some strict rules to control the annoying manners of some bounty hunters.

I agree the work of the bounty manager is not easy. Constantly write "why not count the stacks" and stuff, it's hard. But I think that managers make good money during the company and it's worth it to read spam every day.

Yes it actually takes experience, patience, tolerant to do the job of a bounty manager. I think bounty managers are well trained to be able to handle every short coming  from participating individuals on bounty campaign and they are well paid for the their services.

Correct. the job of bounty managers is very difficult. requires great patience and thoroughness to check the work of bounty participants. I think every time bounty manager time runs out in front of the laptop.

Bounty manager are still human even they practice to be patience still once the limitation will reach they will react roughly. We also have part and that is to obey the manager to make the work organized.

If such work is well paid, then you can be patient. If not, it is better to look for another job. More enjoyable.

I mean, it's probably very annoying to deal with all the downsides, but they get a pretty huge slice of compensation anyways.  You can manage it however you like as well, if you don't want to deal with people messaging you just ignore them.  So long as the end results are ok, most people wont care about how they got there.
