Altcoins is the reason why the value of bitcoin pushes to high. Bitcoin won't last long if there wasn't altcoins. Bitcoin is the first created coin but altcoins who give high value to bitcoin. I think without altcoins, bitcoin will perish.

You absolutely right here, the coming of new  coin /token has a great impact on the existing coin/token in the market. We really need the existence of Altcoins because it is much cheaper to purchase than Bitcoin specially to the new comers in which they need to learn lot more while investing of what can they afford to lose and Altcoins is much needed in order to maintain the balance and better competetion in the market.
