ICO is the best specially if the commodity is feasible to the masses in which for sure many people will be attracted to invest. This strategy of investing in ICO only apply to some but not all people. This will depends on what you are looking for and what is the purpose of you joining the crypto space, some might be for the money which they can earn, how crypto benefit the community in long term believe in the decentralize system. Many ICOs are good and there are some people who consider ICO ratings to affect project performance. in my opinion the ICO rating cannot be measured by the success of the project because there are many ICO frauds that have a high rating.
