Segwit2x canceled and the price rose a little. But I'm not sure that this coin can be much more expensive. The Chinese government is holding back this process

I think yes because Chinese do the price of Bitcoin too and NEO is also on the top currency maybe soon but not now.

I am thinking is a may be situation for Neo. The reason is basically the Chinese government attitude towards Cryptocurrency development plus ICOs. However, the situation might change in the future and Neo plus other coins around that region may be successful.

I am seeing it as a positive sign for Neo if Chinese give her support . Remember that china has great impact on the world economy and a support on Neo will enhance it popularity, awareness and even increase acceptance world wide.

NEO's ambition is ultimately to become law. To do so, they must cooperate with governments on local projects at first to prove their solution, in order to gain access to a national-scale one.

Maybe the Chinese people can do that but I doubt coz in crypto partnership Chinese people are not the only supporter but there are more who do invet in neo for believing it would be great coin someday. Neo will make China great but not Chinese only make neo great.

With NEO being the first Chinese coin, I believe the team under this project really had a great vision.It has gain some popularity in the altcoins market though not enough I believe it still has the potential in the near future. I believe the Chinese will make it great worldwide.

Yes. Neo can be great only if they overtake ethereum reign. In that case neo will be great because no rival in crypto. It is a matter of performance and time consuming.

I just don't get it NEO was on such a tear in January (late bloomer from December run) and then just nothing.. is it because of lack of ICOs running on platform or is it more performance issues or over promises? I'd like to buy in at some of these cheap prices but I dont know the major concerns..

So, I think the price of coin is depending on the demand and supply.

I agree with your opinion about Chinese government has support Huawei. I think Chinese government also will support their digital currency like NEO. NEO is Chinese Ethereum and smart contract platform. I hope this coin will be more popular at the coming future

It's hard to say yes because Chinese people definitely don't all choose NEO, because they have the trust in Bitcoin they are more Bitcoin than NEO.
NEO is indeed a coin that comes from China but not all of them are as desired, because now many who come from that country choose to work for other countries.

I think this is an urban legend. :) can also be called a great marketing strategy. When people heard about this, they raced to get a neo. :) but the actual situation was different. Coins do not have citizenship, citizens do not have tied coins. markets run on more rational things.

I don't believe Chinese government will support NEO, I think Chinese government will create their own Crypto market. We all know , Crypto currency cannot be controlled, So I think government will not support Crypto.
