The Tesla CEO avowedly loves "dogs and memes" and is greeting the alleged possibility of federal scrutiny of his Dogecoin tweets with a consistently droll attitude.
Rumors of a possible investigation by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission into Tesla CEO Elon Musk's alleged impact on Dogecoin's (DOGE) price moves have been circulating on social media over the past day — a phenomenon that one Twitter user has quipped is "peak 2021."

SEC is still in the woods and do not have a clear policy nor authority over a decentralised token for people that tip themselves with it maybe once regulations enter regarding us citizens they could have more authority but till that time they be doing due diligence :-)

SEC members worry that a large company like Tesla could raise the price of a coin just by tweeting a meme from @Elon musk.

Elon is doing the right thing and there is nothing to investigate, because he does not invite people to invest, but only posts memes and tweets about Siba Dogs.

 think Elon has played this thing right. He just wanted to generate a lot of buzz around crypto so he chose to do it with doge coin just to portray it as memeing. It created a lot of headlines and attracted many people towards crypto currency. And now tesla owns bitcoins. I think if he had said something about BTC it'd have been against some SEC rules so he instead chose Doge meme as a gateway drug to crypto for people.

I hope this event happens and ElonMusk will have more opportunities to promote crypto, especially DOGE community will have more chance to see DOGE price create new ATH.
However, everything is just a rumor and there is no evidence at all, the SEC did not comment on this rumor.

A tweet can change the position of any currency. I saw this at the present time. For example, Elon Musk's tweets and support helped pump the Doge coin. Currently far from the dump. Prices have come down a bit. However, the future is much more likely.

Bringing the winds of change to people and spreading Doge awareness to people is positive although there are some underlying principles in regard to concerns of SEC starting an inquire to a possible unlawful behaviour from Elon Musk twitter account typical coin with two sides

However, at present it is seen that the value of this coin has been dumped a lot.Now I think if Elon Musk invests in this platform for the second time, the value of this coin will increase again.
