Is it true that the volume of Cex for trading Lunc is higher than ETH?

I'm not sure about that, but as we can see, TVL on Uniswap is higher than Dex platform, chances are Ethereum users prefer to use Dex platform over Cex.

The UST deppeging algorithm in Terra Luna has failed to keep the UST price stable, if the algorithm is used in some other stablecoins the same thing will happen, therefore USDT is always monitored by financial institutions in order to be able to prove the amount of dollars and real assets owned so that the ratio 1:1 with USD really exists.

So far tron is still being used to develop projects, but I don't understand why only a few projects use the tron network, even though Tron is faster than other altcoins like ETH.

A payment system is needed when a country has problems with Fiat payment systems, Some countries may use Bitcoin as payment and they use DeFi platforms, because some Cex exchanges have been controlled by political interests which can lead to temporary suspension of users from Russia.

actually when an embargo comes, then crypto will be the choice and it will encourage users to be more transparent and without rules, but still use the crypto payment system properly.

Luna 1.0 or LUNC has become a community coin since the UST deppeging issue, I believe LUNC can go up to $0.1 but it needs millions of coins to be burned applying trade tax as do some exchanges.

that's good news, more and more crypto investors can use crypto for payments, recently Elon Musk seems interested in cold wallets by utilizing social media accounts like Twitter, but there is no cold wallet built there yet and the payment platform is still using the debit card system by adding a crypto coin option in payment.
