Title: Bitcoincash vs bitcoin
Post by: CebuBitcoin on August 31, 2018, 08:31:11 AM
Which of the leading cryptocurrencies will become more scalable and efficient in the long term?

Will it be Bitcoin with its Layer Two solutions such as the Lightning Network and Sidechains?

Or Bitcoin Cash with its on-chain scaling solutions by increasing the block size limit?

I would like to know your thoughts about this.

Future is extremely exciting for those looking to fund new projects using initial coin offering processes, but advantage of bitcoin could be first.

I don't talking about the fighting bitcoin cash vs bitcoin, just want  share something interesting between them. Saving Openings Initiative Allows Bitcoin Users to Lock Funds Until a Specific Time
There’s a new platform that allows people to save BCH and BTC in a time-locked address making the funds unspendable until a specific time. The Open Savings Initiative (OSI) is an open source application that uses the opcode OP_checklocktimeverify to build a custom pay-to-script-hash (P2SH) address. The coins held inside the address cannot be spent until the predetermined timestamp with the lock-time parameter is met. So essentially a user who wants to give 1,000 BCH to their son on his tenth birthday but wants to lock up the funds until he turns 21 can do so using the OSI platform.

Bitcoin Cash vs Bitcoin – a war of two crypto titans!
Did you know that Bitcoin Cash originated from Bitcoin itself? That’s right — Bitcoin Cash nodes were once a part of the Bitcoin blockchain. Bitcoin Cash is a fork of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Cash is a currency that is upgraded more sophisticated than bitcoin. That's why this coin has a good future and can provide the same trading profit as bitcoin. In addition, BCH has a good future like bitcoin and of course this coin is more profitable than bitcoin.

BITCOIN of course, the original and the king of all cryptocurrencies. I still have faith on it and these problems that are coming out will be solved soon. Bitcoin cash is manipulated and being pushed by Roger Ver and his team wanting to take over bitcoin's place which is really something degrading on his stand as the pioneer investor of bitcoin, although I respect him as a human but I'm against with his belief.

I think bitcoin will still be leading on the cryptocurrency market over bitcoin cash or any altcoins available in the market because bitcoin is still the most expensive crypto.

Bitcoin cash is a different story. Bitcoin cash was started by bitcoin miners and developers equally concerned with the future of the cryptocurrency, and its ability to scale effectively.Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a form of electronic cash. It is a decentralized digital currency without a central bank or single administrator that can be sent from user-to-user on the peer-to-peer bitcoin network without the need for intermediaries.

It must be admitted that the presence of bitcoin cash brings its own color, now users can have many choices in investment, but we must understand that bitcoin cash is a different coin so it is difficult to replace bitcoin with anything.

Bitcoin is the fruit, Bitcoin Cash is the peel  ;D

No need to know too much about the differences and I hope the curiosity doesn't make you end reading shitty articles on BCH confectioned by themselves. If you want to know, ask the crypto-community here as you've just done or read valuable info on bitcointalk (there you'll be able to see different opinions and arguments from both sides).

I will never understand this debate and why people keep pushing it, it is not even like there is any kind of competition here with the coins. Bitcoin is better there is no debate when it comes to that. Bitcoin cash is a cheap hardforked coin which is piggybacking on the success that bitcoin has created over the years, please stop, bitcoin cash will never be half as good as bitcoin.
