I used an exchange such that I'll be using the pay to settle some fees, but it's unfortunate I didn't notice that the minimum deposit of the exchange is 0.0005BTC. So, I didn't receive last week pay, which means the scam CEX got it instead. On that note, I will have to change again to this address;

Unfortunately your payment for two weeks has been paid in full to your wallet. So sad you haven't received payment for 2 weeks. Hopefully this will be an important lesson so that in the future you won't lose like this. I recommend you use wallets like Electrum and others that I think can accept payments with no minimum transactions.

If there was previously a minimum deposit requirement, then the CEX cannot be said to be a scam, but the mistake lies in those of you who don't pay attention to their ToS.

The address provided by the exchange can change at any time without notification, so it would be risky if used for a payment address such as for a particular campaign. The campaign manager can't check if there is a change of address.

When depositing, you should double-check the updated address provided by the CEX.

I completely agree, many try to reduce transaction fees, especially since the weekly amount is low, but this may lead to closing your account and losing your entire investment, so it is better to give a wallet address where you can access the private key.


@KingsDen Contact the support team. Perhaps your balance will be updated once the total of your deposits is greater than 0.0005, or in other words, ask them: If I deposit more than the minimum, will the previous transaction appear or will it be considered a donation?

That exchange did not scam you if they wrote it in their website like their exchange fee (withdrawal, deposit ...) or at the Deposit page in your account.

If they have it, they did not scam you and you were irresponsible with your money by did not read it. Afaik, exchanges have min deposit for each cryptocurrency.

I get this all the time. Users want to save the transaction fees and give an exchange or any service website's address then they regret later. I had to update the how to apply section.
