going up and coming down..

Buy a lot of coins, because now it's still pretty much worth it.  now I buy  $70 of bitcoin. I'm confident that it will return to its former value and will increase.

I was more interested in buying when the price of crypto deep or crypto experienced a large decline. Selling won't make you profit. selling will make you experience losses. Maybe buying back a crypto that has decreased is a good choice.

It is true. The market is now down and sometimes it also rises but the end is finally down too. The right decision is to buy coins at a low price when the market falls. And when the market goes up, that's when I sell my coins at high prices according to the market increase.

I have not traded that much for quite sometime now. It is a bit stressful with not much gains. I will hold most of my coins and just wait till the end of the year.

Most of us are in a hodling pattern honestly.  I keep an eye on the price of things, but mostly I already bought in at the low points and am now waiting for things to rise again.  I think you can still do decently with day trading as well, but there's a risk that the market recovers any time and you won't be able to react quickly enough.

So if the price of coins goes down, I choose to buy coins at that cheap price. And I will get good and quality coins. After that I will wait for the coin price to stabilize and save the coins well. After the coins stabilize and continue to rise, that's when I will sell my coins.
