I have been in this crypto market for several years and have many complex emotions and memories with it. For those participating in this market, many friends sold their houses and borrowed to invest in crypto when they suffered from FOMO, I saw many people become rich, and others dragged their whole families into poverty and debt. Worst of all, many people seek death to escape the obsession of loss and responsibility.
The majority choose not to participate in this market, but they are also divided into 3 factions by the crypto "demon": the first faction regrets the opportunity to get rich, the second faction continues to be afraid and needs a lot of time to observe, the third faction hates and condemns crypto.
Many meetings turned into arguments about crypto and fiat, many friendships broke down because of some financial investment advice... Honestly, I saw more sadness than joy. Perhaps the majority must lose money for the smaller portion to profit, that is the rule of every market, even though the economy continues to develop in a positive direction.
Right now, when the market has recovered extremely impressively in 2023, many people are so drawn to the market that they check the chart and profit/loss all day long, complaining of not being able to concentrate on work. But I think: I need to work harder to have more money to DCA more crypto. Maybe because I don't have any loans, my expectations are not great and the DCA strategy is generating profits instead of losses. I prefer to follow development and adoption progress of blockchain technology rather than being happy or sad with the price chart.
How are your emotions and mood in this crypto market? Do you expect crypto to be an opportunity to change your life? Or do you look forward to more practical benefits of blockchain technology for the world?

As a Bitcoiner, I can see potentials with Bitcoin and of course it has been part of my life since 2016 or earlier than that when I first came into it. Crypto offers a lot of opportunity to me ever since I was in this industry. Well, as technological advancement rolls into a much more futuristic approach benefits are on it's path ready be embraced by us enthusiasts and the world that care about it.

Certainly, we've always had emotional issues in the crypto space. It's certainly an avenue that has changed so many lives from good to bad and bad to good. We've seen people turn into millionaires and also quit their jobs after earning huge profit overtime, while we've also seen others been dragged into the mud just as you've stated. The main key point here is that Crypto is greatly associated with risk. I could also say that risk should probably be the opposite of crypto, especially when it comes to investment.
One other thing I have also come to noticed is that crypto can't certainly work for everyone. I won't associate this to badluck, but it's just the reality of life.
How are your emotions and mood in this crypto market? Do you expect crypto to be an opportunity to change your life?
Without being told, I know the cost to earning a life changing opportunity, and that cost is risk. Being able to control my emotions is also important as it would help me bounce back from any form of lost which i don't ask for.
Or do you look forward to more practical benefits of blockchain technology for the world?

I'm one of those lucky for whom it's been beneficial. To be honest, I only use BTC, XMR and DAI, so it was a question of timing / holding (=luck?), I'm not a trader at all.
I've worked in the industry and I've seen colleagues of all kinds: some were still holding when they'd done x20, others behaved like the worst gamblers at every signal and ended up poorer and poorer, and the overwhelming majority for whom nothing much happened: not enough reserve to change their life when it went up, but not huge losses either. Some of them became very rich over the years, but I would say that it was a minority.
Tdlr: Behaviour remains the same, some people are intelligent, some are lucky, some are compulsive, etc. Crypto or FIAT (gambling, lack of skills to manage a budget etc...), we're still human.

Luck is sometimes on the side of cryptocurrency, but sometimes there are people who lose because they are not lucky. In cryptocurrency, price movements are difficult to predict, therefore not everyone always makes a profit. When you have cash capital, it will be easy to get wealth from cryptocurrency.

I highlighted the text because that's my goal for this year. Having another job aside from my day-to-day work for me to have more buying power that I can use to buy more cryptocurrencies, and not just only crypto but other assets as well. Like you, I'm also doing DCA, but not that consistent though. There are times when I only invest once every month and there are times when I invest weekly. Well, that's better than not investing at all. :D

It changed my life already.
It gave me another income source (thru signature campaigns). It also allowed me to gain more profits (by investing in different coins using the money that I'm getting in signature campaigns). My emotions? Currently, I'm happy with what I'm seeing in the market. Who will not be happy if you see the market rising year-to-date?

Stablecoins and top altcoins are already used as a means of payment, investment asset and trading tool.

In the end, reality is fixed, like the high volatility and the existence of risk and loss in crypto market, we can only find the right mindset to survive and make profits in this harsh market. I can't deny that I've gotten a lot of opportunities here in cryptocurrency, to be honest, in the few years that I've been here in the crypto space field. I have learned a lot here in this field. And it helps me and my family a lot.
And what I learned in crypto trading is that I can apply it somehow and get the right profit every day to survive, and I can even keep a little savings just in case I need it in an unexpected situation. Now the impact of crypto has changed our lives a lot for the better, including in terms of finance, those whose economy is weak after getting to know crypto is much better because after they start their journey in crypto can change their lives.
Not everything in crypto is sweet, there is always bitterness where losses hit due to falling prices, investing in the wrong altcoins that fail, being exposed to projects that fail because they are not listed and that's a lot of what I went through myself when I started my journey in crypto.
Now that I understand a little better which ones to keep and invest in the right coin, namely BTC, I also continue to do DCA every week or month so that I can still accumulate more bitcoin in my portfolio, this may be the right way compared to trading my skills here are minimal so it is more focused on staying DCA.
Yes you can get more additional income so that you can do DCA without having to charge your monthly salary, when there are other sources of income then it will be easier to invest.

Rich people who get into cryptocurrency will actually get richer because making money by trading in cryptocurrency is very easy; they just need to wait for the right moment to buy coins and sell them when the price is high. Especially when rich people trade, they don't need to think about their finances. because I am sure that the division of money for trading and money for living needs has been differentiated so that the trading carried out will be calm.

My emotions in the crypto marketing industry is based of my expectations and concerns to make valuable and tangible profits. Meanwhile... Flexible to emotional panics due to the volatility system of the crypto inventory. It just seems awful at when my emotional outcomes can't make change to the markets values rather than accepting it on whatever it offers.
Do you expect crypto to be an opportunity to change your life?
Crytop currency is an alternative means of payments of transactions otherwise alternatively source of investment. So yes of course, before accepting to adopt crytop currency for an investment, it is a of a goal to make incomes which is offers me the chances of solving my financial. At this point, I hereby accept that Cryptocurrencies is a lucrative opportunity tends to change life for good.

If we only pursue bounty, we will only spend time and effort to learn about this market instead of having to invest outside money as direct investment. You are able to feel this way because you’ve made up your mind and made sure that your emotions isn’t being affected when the price of your investment goes sideways. It is normal to always check on the prices for profit and loss if you’ve not being able to control your mindset on how to view the market trends. DCA strategy have worked for many that have employed it and it is a strategy that when followed, you’ll not be bothered too much about loss because it doesn’t even happen you’ll mostly be in gain and not experience any significant loss.

I will go for the second option because it will give more concern and it is the one that can be assured and with it, the first option can come at anytime and I will still benefit greatly from it. Looking at the practical aspect of blockchain technology that will benefit the world will be the best thing to do. At least it was not invented for the first purpose but for financial purposes. With the idea of putting it into practical, the aim of introducing the currency will be achieved.

If asked about my emotions, my emotions are not regulated and they tend to stress me out a lot, especially when the coin goes up and I haven't made any preparations.

For me, crypto is not meant as a life changer but more as a financial freedom where I can gain profits from short-term and long-term sales and I usually use these profits for my daily needs.

Apart from me taking time off from the birth of my first child, the rest of the time I can be active here on the altcoinstalks forum to continue learning the latest things about cryptocurrency.
Just like the Bitcoin Mixer platform, this Bitcoin mixer platform is nothing new because I often saw it on the Bitcointalk forum and that was a long time ago, but this is the first time I've seen it on the Altcoinstalks forum.
I was also accepted into the UniJoin campaign and the UniJoin platform requires us to try it as a tester, this is a more valuable experience for me because I will witness and try it myself one day, this is my valuable experience in the altcoinstalks forum being able to continue to understand how the Bitcoin Mixer works.

I wouldn't say I have stayed too long or too early in the crypto space but I can say that, I have learned a lot from the crypto market, not to be too emotional or be in a rush in investing in it, no matter how I viewed crypto investment to be.
For crypto to change one life, someone ought to be patient and have a long term aim as they take up a journey full of uncertainties that anything can happen(either they lose their investments or they profit from them). Having this kind of mindset would help an investor to know how to make their crypto investment. Whether it is worth having or taking up the risk in it because the crypto market is volatile and unpredictable

Rule 1: Do not believe or create an "idol" of the objects of our world, considering it the "best" means of earning money. Everything in our world is changeable, what yesterday brought income, tomorrow may become a burden and costs.
Rule 2: If now or in the future it can bring profit - invest. But not more than you can afford to lose painlessly.
Rule 3: diversify the channels of profit: investments, work, your own business, promising knowledge,....
Therefore, for me cryptocurrencies, in which I have been since 2014, are an interesting and promising, although risky investment object.

For me, to know about crypto is an opportunity because not all people are willing to explore how it works. Crypto changed my life but still have some regrets about what I did before if I had just one of the strong holders before when the price of Bitcoin was around $300 in the year 2014-2015 I'm sure I already have a house, until now I still hoping to buy a house where the source of the funds came from Crypto holdings.
I remember the year 2017 I was very stressed about my PC before I accidentally formatted my external hard drive that has lots of wallet backup with some mined coins like LTC and ETH. I tried to recover it and tried everything the bad thing that I did at that time was I formatted and installed Ubuntu OS I think it overwritten the space where my wallet is saved and now can't able to find all of these backups. I can't forget this experience of being dumb when I suddenly chose the external drive to install Ubuntu and my backups were all gone. :'(

For me the opportunities are more even in a period like this because of the bull market period. There are lots of good cooks out there that one can put their money on and hope for for good returns although the risk is very big but it still worth trying and I hope the bull season gives all of us here profits. Since the rise of cryptocurrency so many people have being freed from the claws of the central bank and high inflated fiat currency although the two plays and roles together but crypto is all better than the fiat when it comes to profits involvement.

Now my goal is whether I am investing properly or how much I can improve my investment skills. I now think about market monitoring, learning about investing and how to grow your investment. I managed to sell and send more than 50 paintings all over the world: Switzerland, France, Germany... but I sold 95 percent of them in the USA. There is a picture painted by me in almost every state. But when I started applying my art in the world of cryptocurrencies, I was shocked. You're right - there's crazy money here. I'm in this market looking for some opportunities. I learned about it a few years ago but didn't know anything to seriously invest. In 2021, I planned to have a bit of FOMO, but luckily I didn't enter so I didn't suffer a loss like many people are complaining about.
I don't understand blockchain very well. I just buy and sell coins to make a profit and withdraw money to take care of my real life. It'll be a while before I can use blockchain because I've heard about it for a long time but we haven't been able to apply it yet.

Currently I earn my livelihood from cryptocurrency. If you ask me about cryptocurrency, I would say that I have worked with so much passion in cryptocurrency that I have never lost my temper on anything. I am always in a cheerful mood as I work here. If there is positive impact of crypto I will say financially, I'm happy to have improved because without crypto, I will be probably be running in the forex market looking for 3% increased in one or two trade to make a living together with my outside work but I'm happy I did learn about crypto even when I am not happy that I didn't come early, I should have been here early days of crypto.
Crypto also have negative impact and one common one I see with people is waking up in the middle of the night to check price when you are supposed to be sleeping, I'm guilty of this too. Sometimes the first thing we do in the morning when we wake up is checking the price of our coins when we are supposed to be looking after our daily lives.

We can pretend not to know about crypto to protect ourselves or avoid getting involved in financial advice issues with friends.

I think people should never invest everything they have in anything, not real estate, crypto, stock exchange etc. Markets go up and down all the time, and the bigger the possible gain, the bigger the possible loss.
I have just invested a couple of 1000 dollars and I too was checking my wallet and charts way too many times a day. Now it's been a week and I try to not be too emotional with any ups and downs.
So just like with anything in life, we just have to be smart about our choices.

The use of Bitcoin as a currency or investment source depends on the acceptance of bitcoin and once it becomes accepted then everyone will use it as investment as well as a currency but still people want to change their poor financial system to wealthy status for which they will often keep it longer. Otherwise the future is unseen and what will happen is unknown but the use of bitcoin may be changed from an investment source to currency in future of accepting widely.

Well, I don't really encourage investors to be psychologically manipulated by charts, profits, losses... Personally, I think any negative emotion (excessive greed or fear) can lead investors to make wrong decisions and lose money in the financial market. Crypto can open up an easy-to-access investment market for many people, but it is also where the majority will lose money to enrich the rest, thinking that there will be people who will get rich because of crypto and also people who will get poor because of crypto.
