In my own opinion, Zcash has been overvalued, (considering that there have been privacy oriented altcoins before like Monero) and the fact that Zcash does not enforce anonymity by default (unlike Monero), it makes me wonder whenever Zcash would be a good investment or not.
If there is one thing that I don't like about Zcash, is the fact that it is behind a company, as well as having a sort of premine called Founder's reward, which seems kind of fishy to me.
Please let me know what do you think about this.

Yes, i agreed with you on the potentials of Zcash but it has undergone rebranding even from zerocoin since 2013 started by Matthew D. Green. I think Zcash was finally lunched in October 2016. Nevertheless, i think Zcash is worth to invest because within the space of 2years, Zcash has gain much popularity and the price has been encouraging.

It is a good long term investment. ZEC low marketcap is due to bigger inflation than other coins (12.5 new ZEC every blocks for only 3M total coins) which cause sell pressure but as soon as the reward for miners goes down the price might explode, like, possibly, dozens of thousands of dollars.

Well, I haven't heard about it. In my opinion that's just a rumor. I'm really glad that ZEC is available onCoinDeal (https://coindeal.com/), now I'm waiting for DGB/BTC market.

E85 is the answer you seek. There is no reason to not buy an OFT. There is not a whole lot of improvement to be had over stock on the gasoline tunes, but the difference on E85 is huge.

Zcash can be considered as old token in crypto because it was launched back on 2016 and rebranded from Zero coin since 2013. I'm amazed that Zcash reached $5,948 on October 2016. I think this coin just resting now and when the time comes Zcash can go up again and touch $5,000. I hope the All Time High record of Zcash in coinmarket is correct.

Last month zcash have halving and the price don't grow to much around 30% ,this increas its low in my opinion and its a red flag to me ,investitors start to lost to confidence in this coin ,so i don't recomand to invest in Zcash.

Me too, I prefer in top coin than zcash or other coins, outside the top 10 coin. I have invested in and still hold Ethereum , BNB, BTC cardano and litecoin. I don't think to invest in zcash, I think It is.kre risky.

Well mate I'm using Bitay for trades and Zcash is very popular over there. I believe it's worth to invest while price is still low. Always dyor about project but it seems promising to me tbh.

I don't know exactly zcash is worth or not but people are using this coin for investments if you want this coin to buy this is the right time because many altcoins has started suddenly pump if you hold good coins this is not a right time to sell this is holding time.
