It's your 3rd strike so you didn't change after the first 2 strikes at all. Be careful about what you are doing. This forum is not only to make money by ranking up. This forum is to spread knowledge and information to help each other. Follow that and there won't be a problem.

Many people who want to advertise their site/blog or channel have no idea how to that in an elegant way.
and they start behaving the exact same way as spam bots,
Meaning: they start posting the same advertising post over and over and over!
As a result: We ban the user and we block the website from being displayed on our forum.
There is a better way:
1- Post your advertising post, only once in this section : https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=288.0
2- Create a nice signature / can be image or even gif / with a link to your site.
3- Contribute normally on the forum and do not mention your site in your posts! because it is already displayed in signature !!

If this user is supposed to be on 2 or 3 strikes then another global mod or admin should look into this situation...

How can you start your appeal saying that you got warning by mistake if this is obvious that you frequently brake the forum rules?
Sorry but after reading the replies from our mods or great members in this thread and research on your account, it seems that you indeed keep doing the same "mistakes" again and again, despite warnings.
If I will lift your limitations it could be more harmful for the forum.
You will have to proceed with strikes and warnings, you will have to post quality content and stop abusing forum rules, after some time you can appeal again, when there will be visible change of behavior in your account.
