Why do I give this thought to me is because I often wake up in the middle of the night to keep my baby from crying and giving breast milk.
After my baby fell asleep I tried to take the time to open this forum, but unfortunately when it was midnight and opening a notebook our eyes would hurt if the UI for the Alcoinstalks website was like usual.
If the UI of Altcoinstalks was given Dark Mode it might feel good for our eyes who work in the middle of the night.
Give all Modz's feedback for my thoughts as all responses will surely end in goodness in the future.
BTW, I've made this Vote in Moderation Sections (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=188794.0) (only moderators can see this link) but I also need Votet from all Altcoinstalks members for my idea.

You can try AltcoinsTalks Night (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=62642.0) by @SmallTalk. I also used it before.
I recommend downloading f.lux. It has more options such as "reduce eyestrain" and "working late". Not the dark mode you're looking for but screen isn't that bright in those settings. I think it's much healthier for the eyes

I have read it and it is a third party application.
It is different from my idea because I mean not a third party application, but an option button from the main website https://www.altcoinstalks.com/
Suppose we see the famous video platform Youtube has Dark Mode, Facebook has Dark Mode or Twitter has Dark Mode.
Because third parties are very vulnerable to malware or viruses that are embedded in their downloads, so they can steal our data when installed and that is very dangerous.

Admin has been doing continuously a lot of improvements for the forum and he always supports any suggestion from the valued members here.
I am man and i have a child. To manage my sections i have to open my mobile (after shut down pc) to observe in the boards where i am mod but i face same problem specially in the night. My son wakes up as soon as i open mobile and he puts his finger here and there on the screen. :) :)
Hence i also support your suggestion. Now we can wait for further suggestion from Mods.

I guess the admin is aware about it.
So far there are a lot of things need to be done specially the priorities to make the forum grow, watch and catch the community's behavior and so on.
Time will come the dark mode will be integrated maybe soon. Haha

I support the dark mode option applied to altcoinstalks. Yes, it should be helpful once we work at night. Not only about helping us to work at night, but the dark mode will also add more variation to altcoinstalks look. I am not a really dark mode lover, but I expect sometimes I can change the default look of altcoinstalks.

A few days ago I was thinking precisely about that, in a dark mode, my eyes would appreciate it very much. Would it be possible also (if other more important things leave enough time) in some templates for the forum? I like the default, but it would be to try other things.

I voted for dark mode and I also agree with that. Almost all of my applications, windows settings and everything else is in the dark mode. I think admin should think about it. The dark mode will be great bonus for this forum. I dont know if some other forums have such option, so maybe we can be the first.

Agreed and support this one. This is a good suggestion specially for people like me, I wear eyeglasses for years due to eye strain from Computer monitors (nature of work). Best remedy I do is get a blue light filter monitor or eyeglass and use dark mode if possible. I know the mods are aware of this and hoping it will release soon!

I totally agree because I also often use it at night so it really helps the eyes so they are not too bright when opening the forum
