Title: Ethereum gash fee high.
Post by: Clearman on February 13, 2021, 04:49:43 PM
Current gas fee are rising so much that it is beyond imagination.  Because if a token can be transferred then there is a huge gas fee cost.  Selling tokens costs a much higher gas fee than what can be found.

This is the very reason why many are migrating to other block chain with low cost of transaction fee. Bounty hunters who is participating in a project that is not ERC20 are lucky. But Who knows the high cost of gas fee can be a blessing in disguise for your coins.

You are absolutely right talk Says. If a token is thrown at Ethereum nowadays, it is seen that a lot of gas is free. Which is the biggest problem at the present time. Especially those who invest in Ethereum are not willing to invest now. Because gas is more free, everyone has a big problem. So everyone is worried about this issue.

That's right, Ethereum has to make changes on this issue.  the high cost of GAS ETH has disappointed many people, and this is quite a big problem.

Indeed, Uniswap was simply filled with arbitrageurs and speculators who want to make money on the Defi projects and blockchains hype now! I think Eth 2.0 will partially solve the problem!

Yes, I see. Many people complained about the gas fee. But I think. It cause of traffic and we all see the Ethereum price is so high now, so gas fee also high.I hope Ethereum will have solution for this problem

Yes brother you are right Etharium's gas free has become a big problem nowadays. Ethereum's gas fee is on the rise these days. The biggest problem with using Ethereum Wallet at the moment is that its extra transactions are free.Due to the excess gas of etherium, no one is able to transact at ease. No one can say why Ethereum's transaction fee is suddenly increasing so much.

Gas fee is the reason why we cannot send our tokens and sell. Few dollars of earning with higher gas fee is not fair for us small traders. I think the more ethereum increase the more the gas fee become expensive. I would be grateful if the gas fee will become lower.

Yes, Ethereum gas fee are very big problem for us. But you can save your eth for simple tricks. You can send your tokens between 8 PM to 1 AM (UTC) if you wish. I hope your fees will be saved a lot. I don't know any solution without it. I pay less through it.

yes, it is true that the current gas price is still high, but now I see the gas price has started to fall, whether this will continue or for a while I don't know or this will welcome the presence of eth 2.0 so that the gas price will gradually go down, I also don't know.

I understand what you are thinking, hope to make transactions with low fees like in the past years.
A lot of new projects are moving to BSC and I think that's a great idea as long as the Sharding chain hasn't worked.
I'm waiting for some information about the progress of Ethereum 2.0 and it looks like the ethereum developers are doing it to the max so we need to be patient

Lower Cost For Users, More Value for Validators
According to Crypto Fees, currently the Ethereum network is only producing fees in the $ 1.6 million range compared to Bitcoin $ 895,000.  Also, an average of seven days in fees, Ethereum logged $ 2.43 million compared to Bitcoin $ 1.97 million.
Another important comparison to note is the transaction costs of making Bitcoin transactions as well as the total amount of time it takes to complete them.  As stated above, the average Ethereum fee from the last few weeks is around IDR 4,250 and it only takes a short time to complete a transaction (assuming the gas costs are quite high).

At the present time it is seen in Etherium If any token is withdrawn The price of that token is more gas free than that It takes a rate.Which is why people invest in Etherium Not too much of a supporter. If Ethereum's gas is reduced free I think that would be the best thing to do.

Truelly, the price of ETH gas fee has gone high, affecting the transfer of assets in the ETH wallet. This will affect altcoins that will come under ETH in the future, as it is already affecting the existing ones in the ETH wallet. This can lead to the downward trend of ETH, and probably affect its long run. This needs to becorrected as soon as possible, otherwise a new project might come up and that's all for ETH.

Ethereum gas fee would turn everyone into a night watcher lol; how long do we continue to be persistent with the etherum blockchain? Well, we have no choice lol, Use ethgasstation always, to check gwei prices before u do any transactions and also you can stay up late at night to ssend out too

It's ridiculous, but also the real fact that we need to wait for lower gas fees and it's actually become lower when it's midnight according to UTC timezone.

In just a few days Ethereum's gas free has increased a lot. We are currently unable to make any transactions for Ethereum's additional gas fee.

It's increasing because of the hype of DeFi and there is no sign of end on it until ETH2.0 is fully launched. Now, it's just about time to wait for the final launching of shard-Chains from ETH2.0 to get a lower gas fee.

We have been like this for too long, and it is the main reason why users and projects look for alternatives. It's crazy and a shame that we can hardly do anything. It is really frustrating. And it can be a disadvantage when creating new projects, as teams can opt for chains with much cheaper transaction fees.

The most important thing in cryptocurrency is the etherium coin.  Of the few tokens I have received so far, the most expensive one is the gas fee.  Selling tokens costs twice as much gas fee than the dollars that can be earned.

I think gas free has increased a lot now. If you want to transfer a token, there is a lot of gas free spending. Transferring a token costs a lot more in gas free than what is available. Especially for those who invest in Ethereum.

perhaps the current situation will be quite beneficial for bounty hunters, because no one will take on a project whose coins will be much cheaper than the transaction fee.On this basis, #DevelopmentTeam s should work more actively on their project, given the current prices for gas.

Indeed, Ethereum's transaction costs are very high, often over 150 gwei per transaction. I don't even have enough ETH to move my ERC-20 tokens to an exchange for sale. Hopefully layer-2 & ERC-20 will fix this when we have 10K tps.

It is true that gas fees are very high. This is what makes me dizzy, wanting to sell a token, the gas fee is too expensive, it is not worth the price of the token that is being sold. I better hold it. I hope the Ethereum blockchain can fix this problem quickly.

In fact, Ethereum gas fees are much higher now. Most of the tokens I get as a bounty hunter can't be sold because of the gas fee. Because you have to pay more ether gas fee than what you get after selling the token. But hopefully with the full implementation of Ethereum version 2.0 we will be free from the burden of additional gas fees.

It is a big problem now, I also have difficulty because of the too high price of gas fees. We all must expect that the gas fee can be lowered to make people comfortable sending their ERC20 tokens/coins. With the current high price of the fees, people must wait for hours or even days, to see the price of the fees smaller.

The biggest problem at the moment is the Ethereum gas fees. Because of etherium gas, especially those who have bounty hunters are not able to give any token sell.  Nowadays it is seen that many managers are not distributing any tokens due to extra gas fees. If gas free continues to grow in this way, then Ethereum will get the price rule, but the popularity will decrease.

I completely agree with you, but the problem is that the price of Ethereum is growing and therefore the developers of Ethereum do not care that the price of gas has also increased very much, because the main thing for the developers of Ethereum is that the price of Ethereum grows and, of course, more and more cryptocurrencies are created on the Ethereum blockchain, and this also pleases Ethereum developers.

In fact, Ethereum prices have risen sharply in recent days. The investors who held Etherium are really lucky because they have almost doubled in a few days. But with the increase in Ethereum price, the gas fees has increased several times. In fact, due to the increase in gas fees, no token can be sold.  The biggest problem is the increase in gas fee. I don't think gas will be fees. We have to be a little more patient.

Ethereum has reached the All Time High and Binance also noted that the All Time High of Ethereum is around 2046 USD and this is truly extraordinary.
I just have a bad feeling because after All Time High there must be a very severe correction and it will definitely make a headache for beginners who join cryptocurrency.
The transaction fee problem is because Ethereum is expensive and it will also result in expensive transaction fees as well.

Because of the damn high gas fee, I still cannot send my token erc20 transaction. Well, yeah, it may not be easy if we really know hard to get the gas fee. At the past time, we can buy the gas fee very easily but now most of them don't sell it again because of the very high free transaction.

The Ethereum price has now broken all previous records and the highest price has risen just above 2,000 dollars . But at present the Etherium gas fee has increased so much that no one wants to do any transaction through Etherium now. At present it is seen that selling a token costs more gas fee than what can be sold. If such a source transaction becomes free, then the popularity of Etherium will decrease a lot.

Bounty hunters can't do any transaction until the gas fee decreases but they have to wait a longer time for it. Sometimes gas fees claims more than 1.0 Ethereum which is radicals. We have nothing to do except wait until final declaration from Ethereum team which is more than one year.

I think not these days. BSC is another competitor to Eth. High gas fee is the basic reason why some migrate from Eth to BSC. This is a fact not an imagination that BSC is much better than Eth in terms of gas fee. If Eth will not solve the issue, one day Bnb will be the rank 2.

At present, the Ethereum transaction gas fee has increased so much that you have to pay a gas fee of $50 to $100 and $200 to 300$ transfer any coin or something.  In such a situation, we will not be able to sell anything. The reason behind this is a lot of transaction  on eth blockchain which make the network more congested which lead  the fee more high then usual.. Ethereum's network fee is much higher because Ethereum's price is much higher and it will continue to improve in the future but the higher the price of Etherium, the higher its network fee will be. Its network fee depends on the price because the price of Etherium was much higher so the network fee in Etherium is much higher. We are in a lot of danger due to high network fees. We are not able to send any token due to asking for so much gas fee.

Ethereum gas fees have really been much higher. The reason why etherium gas fees is so high is because of the increase in etherium price. The world price has now come down a bit which is why the gas fees has come down along with it. Maybe the gas fees will come down too soon or the Etherium platform will lose popularity.

What is the main reason that the gas fee is so much high becasue now the ETH is down but the fee is high still.

It's because of the DeFi hype as more and more users want to confirm their transection faster than others and that's why those users are setting up a higher gas fee limit rather than the recommended one. When whales are doing this type of things to confirm their transections on ethereum blockchain, eventually gas fee is increasing though ethereum's price is dumping. Only large amount hodlers are doing this as they don't care about funds because they can make more profits from that. But low amount hodlers are facing this painful gas fee problem which can't be afforded.

I suspect it is because of many transactions that happened in this bullish season. It is increasing significantly during this bullish trend since many people transfer their coins. People transfer coins from their private wallets to exchanges' wallets, then they transfer again their coins from exchanges' wallets to private wallets. This should make the increase in gas fees.

Yes, my friend, that if ethereum continues to do this and has no intention of changing it, it is clear that its popularity will be carried over to make things not positive, which is very unfortunate.
not to mention that later there will be an attempt to move to another platform with a cheaper price, of course we don't want that.

It'll be temporary and won't last long as ETH2.0 is continuously developed by Ethereum Foundation which will be the solution for high gas fee. Projects and users might switch to other blockchain for a short-term and they'll be back to ethereum when shardchains are implemented and ETH2.0 will be launched.

Etherium gas fees increased further when the price of Etherium began to pump up a lot. At present, it is seen that the Etherium gas fees has come down as the Etherium price has come down a lot.  Maybe that's why Ethereum pumped so much that the gas fee increased so much.

Bounty Hunters are having the most trouble because of the extra increase in gas fees.  Because Bounty Hunters get $60 to $70 if they get the maximum payment. If that payment is received within the Etherium platform, it is seen that the gas fee is $30 to $40 dollars. Bounty Hunters and investors are all having problems because of the extra gas fees.

Current gas fee are rising so much that it is beyond imagination.  Because if a token can be transferred then there is a huge gas fee cost.  Selling tokens costs a much higher gas fee than what can be found.
And that is why now we see many new projects are under Binance Smart Chain and not in Eth tokens again! Even project like 1INCH has shifted to BSC because many users started hating them because of the gas fee, but now everything is fine. If ETH will not do something about this, they will lose many of their projects and users.

I think because Ethereum has become so expensive that every decimal digit has become expensive.
Suppose the token delivery fee costs 0.005 Eth and if Ethereum is at 100 USD then it will feel cheap.
But if Ethereum is at a price of 2000 USD when it costs 0.005 Eth it will feel expensive because the decimal fraction is taken from the increase in Ethereum price. This is only my opininon and not fiancial advice .

We have nothings to do to avoid Ethereum network fees. We have to wait until the development of all three phases complete. In the near future, we are expecting quite a new interesting one, which is associated with the update 2.0. At the same time, we will have a real deflationary asset, while we will not depend on miners at all. Of course, only by the results will we see how much the commissions inside the network will decrease.

The price of gas will continue to increase as every transaction on the ethereum network increases and there is nothing we can do but wait for the update Ethereum 2.0

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.  Thank you very much for highlighting such information. Please give me any more updated information.

The most frustrating thing about all of this is the number of small investment opportunities that can be made, losing profits from various projects, among all of them is a good sum of money that could be earned. Let's see when this ends or Ethereum will be forgotten by me.

All investors and holders are facing a lot of harassment due to Ethereum's transaction fee being extra.I am trying to deposit in some token exchanger. But I can't deposit it at all for this extra transaction. Sometimes transactions over 50$ The transaction wants free which is not possible.

I lost the moment when my altcoins went up in price and wanted to sell them on uniswap but the transaction fee was over $18.
The ethereum platform I think will solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise there will be many projects moving to other networks to get a lower cost, I have seen 1Inch do it and I think it's a good idea to reduce high gas fee.

developers of many projects have the same problem. no one will use the Ethereum platform if their tokens are priced much lower than the cost of transactions. in any case, if the developers understand the prospects and relevance of ethereum in the technical plan, they should take more care of the quality of their project in order to keep up with the trend. But this problem will soon be resolved.

@wxxyrqa Ethereum developers said there would be no solution until July. For my part Ethreum and its tokens are parked until that day arrives, we can work with other faster and cheaper chains.

@Nevanta reducing high transaction fees is not in anyone's hands, it's not about the push of a button. The solution to this problem (and many others) is to change the Ethereum code, that's what hard forks are made for. The next hard fork will launch in July if I remember correctly, and it will supposedly fix that problem.

If you want to know more about hard forks on the net you have a lot of information.

Right, there is no hand of reducing transaction costs. After emerge DeFi, this cost touched sky and we have to wait longer time. This problem is for bounty hunters because they have small amount of coins to transfer but for huge amount of coin holders, this fees isn't fact. We can make transaction when fees are cheaper basically GMT 0.0 and Local BD time 6AM. I use this trick to avoid higher gas fees.

It's true, the price of gas fees for transferring ERC-20 tokens are way too expensive since eth price started pumping since last year, I think for now the best way to carry out transactions is to use Trc20 usdt, but sadly 98% of all bounty tokens run on the Ethereum blockchain, we can't escape paying the high gas fees.

@nelson4lov fortunately more and more projects are migrating to chains like BSC for example, and the new projects that are close to launching already take into account the problems of Ethereum and high fees. So we can say that the popularity of Ethereum is falling, but it will not be forgotten, when ETH 2.0 is released and all these problems are fixed it will regain its previous popularity.

Ethereum is reaching new heights in the last 3 days, but gas charges are still extremely high. We can say that Bnb turned this negative situation into a positive situation for itself. The Bnb network is both cheap and fast. Ethereum must find an immediate solution to this situation. Defi, Nft, the interest in these tokens brought the ethereum to the fore, but it also caused serious problems in the network. Most people do not transfer ethereum without swap exchanges.

Gas fee is the reason why we cannot send our tokens and sell. Few dollars of earning with higher gas fee is not fair for us small traders. I think the more ethereum increase the more the gas fee become expensive. I would be grateful if the gas fee will become lower.
Brother, your words are absolutely right. Because it is currently seen that excess gas for free cutting There is a big problem in selling tokens because small bounty hunters get a small amount, so they cannot cancel due to the extra gas being free. @Linda78 as I said in previous posts, high fees is not a button that can be pressed to lower them. To reduce them it is necessary to modify the source code of Ethereum, and that can only be done with a hard fork. That hard fork is codenamed "London" and won't run on the Ethereum chain until July of this year. Until then, the only thing we can do is try to carry out our transactions in the hours of less network traffic or wait until July.

Hopefully the results of all this we can learn and see which altcoins are worth investing in for the future, maybe now the good ones are BNB and Solana. Dwyor.

That's right now Ethereum's network gas fees are much higher. This is why you have to face many problems to send or buy any token, so if you want to send 20 20 to an exchanger list, you are asked to pay ই 10 to 15 15 Ethereum network fee. So network fees have become a big problem. Network fees have risen, especially due to rising dollar prices.

in my opinion, the commissions within the network can remain as they are today, but its price can really rise to $ 10,000. Based on this, we must understand that the price for gas will increase in proportion to the growth of Ethereum. but nevertheless, the popularity of Ethereum will not go away, since only the most profitable and most promising projects will concentrate on the Ethereum platform, which will not consider small commissions for the transaction of their assets.

Ethereum transaction fees have been reduced because there is little demand and the network is little used. If the price shoots up again as in recent months, transaction fees would go up a lot again as we have already seen. Until the hard fork of July or until the arrival of ETH 2.0 there will be no stable solution. Supply and demand is what drives transaction fees.

The high cost of gas on the Ethereum chain is not only dependent on airdrops, although it is also an influential part. If we count the different forms of transaction we will see that there are many, payments between ERC-20 addresses, DEX payments and withdrawals, CEX payments and withdrawals, airdrops... They all depend on the miners and the validation of the block, and together they make the network is overloaded, slower and more expensive.

Current gas fee are rising so much that it is beyond imagination.  Because if a token can be transferred then there is a huge gas fee cost.  Selling tokens costs a much higher gas fee than what can be found.

Yeah, It's the big problem for us.
Because almost all member here join bounty campaign.
They didn't sell their tokens from bounty because high gas fee

ETH gas fee is so much high and this time the new projects will go to the TRX and also to the BNB wallet and that will be the best for the users becasue the fee is so much low and i am also use these wallets becasue of the low fee.

Yeah, I have bounty tokens and cannot with draw be because high gas fee of ERC20, then I loss my profit because the price is dumping now.
It's really annoying

In my opinion, if the current cost of ethereum gas turns out to be very expensive, then it is very normal because the selling value of ethereum increases, so that gas costs also increase, until now there is no right solution to make gas costs lighter, it is better to use the network others when you want to make transactions with small amounts.

By seeing the etehreum price , I agree with you.
I think Ethereum gas fee is so high because etheruem price is expensive.
But not only the price, the traffic also will effect the gas fee.

when you see the very high cost of ethereum gas like this then you have to use another blockchain network to still be able to make transactions with low fees because if you use ethereum you will lose because the transaction fees are very expensive.

this is all because ethereum is already priced high enough that the consequences will be regarding any costs connected to the ethereum network and it is inevitable that expensive costs will occur. you are right that the main way is obviously to avoid using the ethereum network, there are many alternatives available for that and just adapt to the needs we have.

will it be possible to lower prices on the ethereum network? obviously it is possible that the price of ethereum is also going down or there is a new system used by the ethereum network in order to reduce the price. but all networks will experience the same thing as ethereum if the supporting coins are also expensive.

if you force yourself to use the ethereum network, it is better to wait when the transaction is not busy or have a look at the link: https://etherscan.io/gastracker
when the price has started to drop a bit, but for cheap it's obviously difficult.

ETH gas fee is high this time but i hope soon the fee is down becasue so many peoples will like low fee wallets and in future i hope the fee is going to be low and that time the ETH will get the good amount of new projects.

if you see the very high cost of ethereum gas in my opinion it is very normal because of the influence of the soaring price of ethereum so that the gas price also goes up, the high value of gas used for transactions depends on the ethereum exchange rate at the exchange.

Due to the high gash fees of ethereum, many products have turned to BSC smart chain, hopefully this will improve with the successful implementation of 2.0.

It's still the same as before when the GAS transaction fee from Ethereum is very expensive and this is really still in a disadvantageous position, considering that Ethereum is used a lot in the cryptocurrency market.
So what can I do because Ethereum is the first choice, then Ethereum should also be owned by us and this is something that is very ambiguous for the very expensive Ethereum fee.

High gas fee is always be the big problem for trader, investor also bounty hunter.
Ethereum dev also didn't improve and solve this problem.

Ethereum may now be disappointed by the real evidence of GAS Transactions that are so expensive and it is really very sad for all of us if Ethereum can do that and our position as traders is very much affected.
Just a small example, when we want to withdraw Ethereum from the Binance Exchange then of course the withdrawal fee is very expensive and this is really very cruel for small traders like me but I also can't blame Binance because Binance also depends on GAS Ethereum transaction fees on the blockchain .

People are disappointed with too expensive gas fees, so they are starting to move to BSC Smart Chain in Binance. We already experienced very expensive gas fees for more than 2 years. I think people are frustrated waiting for the solution made by Vitalik and the teams. There is no change at all until today, nothing improve this situation. Regarding ETH 2.0, I am not sure it is the solution to the expensive gas fees.

Well, Ethereum 2.0 has launched but didn't have good thing for gas fee.
I agre with you, high gas fee is classic problem  it didn't being solved by vitalic and the team.
Many people disappointed because too high GMA's transaction.
Many projects has migrated to binance smart chain, It's better than ERC20.

There was a time that I want to convert my bounty tokens to ETH. However, it cost me almost $100 in gas fees to convert and it cannot be avoided. If I am going to make the fee lower, the longer I wait or it will just simply fail that would kiss the money I’ve spent for gas fees “bye2x”.

But since I am receiving much more than that, I took the risk and eventually the conversion is a success.

Since ETH's gas fee is excessively high, most projects won't use this network to build their projects since ETH's charge is unaffordable, but a team is working on building Eth2, if this occurs, the gas fee will drop.

Hopefully it will happen soon, If Ethereum team working on  building Ethereum 2.0 will make gas fee drop.
But I see until now there isnit good effect from Ethereum 2.0 after launched.
Maybe we should wait until completely.
Because many projects have migrated to binance smart chain.
It depends on vitalic and the team.

At one point everyone complained about the extra free cutting of ether gas. But now that problem is no more, now the limit is cut free. When Ether came to Platform Two was cut a little gas free. It has been great for us to come to this technology.

Hopefully be eth2 as you said will solve gas fee problem.
I personally also suffered because expensive transaction fee.
I have asked several friends they said, if the Ethereum dev don't solve gas fee problem, many investors will leave Ethereum platform and migrate to alternate smart contract platform such as BSC, Solana, Cardano, polkadot  and Polygon matic.

It proved very sad indeed for Ethereum because it has very expensive GAS transaction fees and this is really very sad even though we all know that Ethereum is an altcoins that gets full support from various communities and it has been proven true with so many Ethereum holders in various markets.
I am also sure that the Ethereum GAS fee will provide something very valuable than others and this will provide positive value to all communities because basically the valodator will benefit from the GAS fee for sending Ethereum and ERC20 tokens.

Yes, it goes up faster than ever before. I quess it is because of price specifically of Ethereum itself. What is next we do not know. Only to read articles , blogs or videos about that, nothing else. I advice not to do fees in the next month and do not panic.

I don't think there is any panic anymore because the occurrence of high ethereum transaction fees has been going on for a long time, so I'm used to it, especially since there are many networks that pay cheaply and are already available and known. so that many have made changes to make transactions at low cost.
now it's just a matter of waiting, whether it will be launched soon or will it be postponed again!!! we can only see information from them through articles and flyers through social media and so on.

as long as it is not available and provided, then there will be no significant changes that are currently running, because all will also try to avoid expensive costs and this is something that is absolutely necessary and must be done.
especially for bounty participants, they definitely don't want to pay more than they get, it seems certainly impossible.
