I understand the OP is asking about paying with bitcoin directly, however I wanted to point out that since crypto to fiat conversion can take place easily in most countries, this means that already we can buy anything with bitcoin.
In other words this question is similar to asking can you buy things with Euros in the US? the answer is of course YES, because Euros can be easily converted and then used to purchase things in the US with USD. So what matters is the answer to "is bitcoin a form of money" and since it is and can be easily converted at any time to other forms of money, this means that already anything can be purchased with bitcoin... but yeah it's not the same as directly buying with crypto...
The important point is that bitcoin is the soundest and hardest form of money around... it's a form of money that over time will beat any other money and appreciate in value versus most other money (fiat) that loses value by design over time.

Crypto.com card... BitPay... the new Visa partnership in Australia (offering direct spending of crypto on regular bank card purchases) are prime examples of how one can use intermediaries already to pretty much use crypto for any kind of purchase.
These entities (providing a middle man between crypto and everyday purchases anywhere credit / debit cards are accepted) have been and will be adopted far faster than the majority of individual merchants actually beginning to accept crypto directly for payments... although both trends will grow in time.
This is mostly because the incentive for a company like Visa to take a cut of a person's crypto expenditure outweighs the risk that a business would need to take when accepting bitcoin directly for service or product payments...

Yes, they can do it. There are many companies and business that are starting from day one to accept payments with Bitcoin for different products, but that is something that will increase with the passage of time. Some small businesses may not yet have the skills to do so, but with time and help from the government, the number of businesses available will increase. Of course there will still be many obstacles that will occur and equating perceptions between one country and another is certainly not easy. Moreover, we know that the nature of bitcoin, where no one can control it, is what makes it difficult.

I just read several articles about Panama and cryptocurrencies. This fact shows us several things. I understand why people will keep talking about this but in all fairness, we do understand that not everyone alive now even with their technological understanding that believes in cryptocurrencies, and this might likely be the scenario even in the future. You are actually still using your fiat money when you use your credit cards so it is not that credit cards too replaced money. That said, I understand that many people want this to happen or have been on this discussion about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies replacing fiat money but this shouldn't be the case because to me, Bitcoin before now and still now is been valued by the fiat money USD which we are now talking about replacing.

Bitcoin is not ideal for daily transactions. It is an asset to store value within it. There are other cryptos most notably stable coins that we can use for daily usage. I do not know many stores where they accept bitcoin for payments. In the future, we could see a credit card with crypto in them but I am 90% sure it won't be bitcoin.

I think it is impossible to make a list of all the stores that accept Bitcon and other cryptocurrencies in the world, since only the most famous companies are the ones that appear in the news lists. It also influences the location of these stores and the laws of each country, but it is not decisive either since we can always make online purchases of almost all the services we want. In my country, cryptocurrencies are used from paying for web services to paying for luxury hotels.
