Texas aims to catch up with other crypto-friendly states and then some, but commentators say that amending a state constitution won’t happen immediately.

This sounds intriguing! Amending a constitution is definitely a difficult process, though. I'm curious how this will pan out, it would be nice to see more states embracing cryptos.
