I have really liked Binance since 2018 and until now I am still trading on Binance and I'm slowly making a profit.
Then yesterday the Binance IEO had Safepal which was designed for a multi-tasking wallet which would be a rival to Trustwallet, ImToken, Metamask, Tronlink etc.
But when I checked the blockchain from bep20, there were a lot of transactions that created large amounts of tokens and be careful, don't invest in these coins because there are so many scammers !!.

I also notice this kind of scheme.  Many that are newly listed n CMC under BinanceChain have huge token supply (1,000,000,000.000,000) and almost the same scheme as token burn, percentage return to holders etc.  It looks like they are just 1 group of people taking advantage of the decentralized exchange like pancakeswap and others.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Could Bitcoin Become a New Global Currency?
« on: April 05, 2021, 04:10:13 AM »
Bitcoin had been acknowledged as a currency or mode of payment by different countries.  It is accessible and tradeable worldwide and also being used as payment globally.  It may not replace a country's currency but it acts as global currency since it is being accepted by several countries.

Well, if we consider the price as fast growing then I can say nothing beats YFI at this point.  As of the fast growing, there isn't any credible source that determines the fastest growing cryptocurrency in 2019-2020.  Each sites has their own agendas and claims that they are the fastest growing crypto.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do we really need stable coins?
« on: September 07, 2020, 04:48:25 PM »
though to me, stable coin is needed to put trust in some newbie i crypto that it can be stable and the likes, and its also a means of increase more to invest and theirby increase on the long run. stable coin is just like safe investment.

I still don't patronize stable coin.  They were just created out of thin air and the dev just declare that is 1USD ea. with some fund backing that is actually cannot support the whole supply of token.  It is a mere propaganda to take your USD and present us with fake USD in form of cryptocurrency.  When everything in crypto is regulated, I am sure one that will meet a problem is this stablecoins.

In your opinion, whether cryptocurrency can be an option in making long-term investments? and what advice would you give to do that? whether to buy bitcoin or the like?

It is always best to buy Bitcoin for long term investment.  You can add ETH, Utrust, XRP, on the list.  Though I stated some good cryptocurrency to invest in, you must do your own research to verify everything.  At the end of the day, it is your money you are spending so you better be careful and do your own research before embarking on an investment venture.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: crypto security
« on: September 07, 2020, 04:30:43 PM »
Speaking of safety. Recently, I have noticed that there is little fraudulent activity by hackers. There are also few break-ins. It seems to me that crypto is becoming less vulnerable.

Hackers will do everything to crack any applications that will give them a huge sum of money.  So those exchanges that have low security often fell victim to them.  Other large exchanges that were hacked may probably have employees that leeks info on hacker or possibly they are the employees themselves.

As of the crypto security, I believe Bitcoin had been proven in terms of its security.  Non-have yet to hack the Bitcoin blockchain after the fork on its early stage of development.

It is obvious Bitcoin and ETH isone of the safest cryptocurrency for a long term investment.  I would like to add Utrust in them.  Utrust is focus on being a digital payment on the blockchain. They had been in the industry for two years and continues to grow.  They never resort to pump and dump or hype scheme.  They just grow in natural method.

Gives the opportunity to the unbanked to transact online.  Other than this the reason why given by the earlier replies.  Though the fee argument is relative to the amount to be transacted.  Just for example, ETH is too expensive if one has to move less than $10 amount but is highly cheaper if it has to move hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Same goes with BTC.  Doge, XRP might be cheaper but only very few merchants accept them.

After Long Horrible Time Our Living Life And All Situation Gradually Becoming Normal. Please Explain What About Cryptocurrency Market.

It is somehow affected because lots of people that is supposed to be participating in crypto market had lost their job.  Others were cashing out to due financial issue.  If we see no changes in volume, it is probably because most of cryptocurrency trades were done by a group of people just to show huge amount of trades in a certain cryptocurrency.

Sorting Box / Re: Is It Safe To Leave Your Tokens On An Exchange
« on: September 02, 2020, 06:03:32 PM »
A friend of mine once told me that exchanges is the safest place to leave one's tokens because if the exchange is hacked and tokens stolen, those tokens that were stolen will be refunded to their owners by the exchange. So I ask the more experienced ones amongst us to share their experience with exchanges and to share if this claim by my friend is true.

In my opinion it is good to hold assets in different exchange but you must activated different security protection like google authenticator, sms verifier or email. But it is better that you must have hardware wallet for 100% sure safe.
Addtional info if your holding assets in exchange don't store your all assets just put a little so that incase of emergency your some assets will be safe

It is always a bad thing to let others to hold your money for you.  Exchanges can be hacked, bankrupt, or worst a scam.  It is a rule in cryptocurrency to keep your coins and token to an address where you have an access to private key.  Unless you are trying to trade / trading, or buying coins, never leave you funds in an exchange for a very long time.  In short, don't make exchanges as your safety deposit bank.

Not a believer of Stablecoins here.  I always think holding a real fiat i better than one that act like one.  People say that is for ease of transfer, I am like wth, if your money is already in an exchange you can convert it to Bitcoin and back to fiat in no time.  This is just some propaganda thing.

In addition to their usefulness in financial transactions, stablecoins can be used by traders and investors to protect their portfolios. Allocating a certain percentage of a portfolio into stablecoins is an effective way to reduce overall risk. At the same time, maintaining a vault of value that can be used to buy other cryptocurrencies during a drop can be an effective strategy. Likewise, these coins can be used to "lock" in profits earned when prices rise without having to withdraw them.

Why not convert it back to fiat?  Stablecoins act as the currency it mimic such as USDT for USD in terms of value.  Why would I hold USDT when I can actually hold the real USD and keep it in an exchange.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: John McAfee crypto predictions
« on: September 02, 2020, 05:43:52 PM »
I think everyone has the right to speak their mind about future crypto prices, including John McAfee. But I don't really have much hope for John McAfee's predictions, because I've been disappointed by him.

True, but the way people react on one's point of view depends on the credibility and integrity of the message.  And so far, Mcafee had been trolling the internet space with his "brilliant" predictions.  And many viewers saw it as an annoyance rather than a helping one.

Sorting Box / Re: how to find out which Bounty is not a scam
« on: September 02, 2020, 05:32:24 PM »
I joined Bitcointalk 3 years ago. I see 2017 the greatest era of bitcoin development. The highest prices that was claimed in 2017 but next year 2018 & 2019 two big scamming year. All bounty campaigns were scammed and valueless. So no ways to find out scam project and team management.
How about this year? I haven't seen any new projects that promise to get as profitable in 2017

That is because bounty manager somehow is capping the reward pool for bounty hunters.  Way back 2017, rewards pool goes up t o 50 million USD per project while today, it is really hard to see a bounty project that offer more than $100k.  I think they are belittling bounty hunters now, but little that they know, bounty hunters is one of the major reason why project got investors in different countries.

Sorting Box / Re: What do I need to do to get my free crypto?

What do I need to do to get my free crypto?

Every airdrop has a different set of rules. We suggest you make a forum account to be able to apply for the airdrops that require contacting a team member (usually PM). Ethereum Dark airdrop is a good example for this format. Every person that wanted to apply for this ETHd airdrop had to PM the developer with his ETHd address to get the tokens. “Newbies” on the forum are often rejected for new airdrops, so we suggest you post once in a while to get a higher rank.

Some new airdrops require retweets on Twitter, usually you need a minimum amount of followers. Make sure you have active social media accounts to be eligible for these free crypto tokens.

Check your wallets regularly to see if you received surprise airdrops. Platforms like Waves or Komodo have delivered airdrops for Waves or Komodo holders without any announcement.

If you are an investor holding a diverse portfolio of coins you are likely to be receiving more and more free crypto as this concept keeps gaining popularity.

Beside from the given staff, one can also get free crypto if they apply for referral system from different company and industry.  For example, if one has to refer people in a gambling site, he is rewarded for every deposit or wagered the person do on that gambling site.  Others give bonuses if someone had referred people to do faucet  or tasks for certain sites.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Will YFI Price Reach $15,000?
« on: September 02, 2020, 05:22:36 PM »
The Yearn Finance (YFI) price according to CoinMarketCap was $28,565 today, But it has only a total supply of 30K YFI tokens very low, But still $28K per token is high already and I think its crazy and the risk is high that it might be crashed like Bitcoin (BTC)way back in 2017-2018 Bullrun so I hope those people that Invest in YFI is aware in this situation.

It seems someone took a profit today.  YFI just crashed for 16%.  Not bad to those who sold today, I just hope this crash won't result in panic selling.  If it does, there will be lots of late investors who will lose a huge sum of money.
