been a while i moved away from crypto related stuffs, in my coming back i have seen a lot of differences and can't wraps my head around all of it. if anyone would care to explain what pancake swap and bsc wallet is and also how do i get the wallets. the most confusing is the pancake swap site. looks childish and unserious to me. Don't know what to do on the site.

(quoted from CMC) , metamask and trustwallet support Binance Smart Chain (BSC) but I think you are referring to trustwallet here. You can easily  download Trustwallet from ios/android app store.

If you are using ios device, you need to enable first the DApps browser before you can use pancakeswap in trust wallet and to do that just type "trust://browser_enable" without quote in your web browser.

Why would we give our personal data to exchange? What would happen if the exchange got hacked? imagine the hacker got our personal data, that would be bad...... I feel really not safe if hacker got my personal data.

I agree that there is a risk your personal info will leak once the exchange got hacked, but centralize exchange need it because of the law, if you don't like KYC then us DEX. I don't know though that there is DEX that let you deposit fiat money.
