Well if it's concerning the bull run this will be my take concerning it
A whole lot of new projects have sprung up claiming to solve one issue or the rest, a lot which have been scammy, and a host of them legit
The bull run is already here, that i can tell you, but it won't be visible to all, invest in unique projects like #veil , so as not to be left behind and most especially do your research!

Why do i choose to hold, well a lot of factors are to be considered here, but I'll simply talk on what works best me
I'm sure most of you all know its easier to hold a token when you are already in profit,
And like the experts will always say, don't trade with your emotions
I hold a token because
1. I believe in what the project aims to solve,
And not just solve, the goals of the project is realistic
2. After point 1, i continue to hold because I'm already in profit, one major example of token i held this year and I'm still holding
Veil - profit X4 ( lots of milestones achieved by the tea behind this project and its less than a year already)
Asides this holding (staking) veil has generated me some nice passive income during these recent months

Well the thing is that, people are now wary of the type of icos they put their investments into, people now take time to scrutinize every ico , analyze the strengths of the project, wht they have to offer and how realistic it is
You can't expect me to invest in a project that says it wants to start building mansions on mars using blockchain technology you know.
I know projects that did ico and ended the ico in just few seconds example including contents protocol (cpt)
Whereas there have been other projects that didn't do ico and till today they are waxing strong e.g veil
I believe its just really about that the project has to offer or solve

I can most certainly say everyone involved in cryptocurrency are in it for the money, and a very select few of people are in it for the technology behind it, and one of the very reasons why people are in it its because of the massive profits people made during the 2017 bull run, making reference to one particular token XRP, a token of of about 21 bill supply (almost twice the world's population), saw it move from 1 sats to about 20k sats during the December bull run, as a seasoned trader cryptocurrency I'll like to give in a few tips about low sat coin
1. Do not invest heavily in them, except only if its market cap is below 1 million $ and you are convinced about how good the project is
2. Do not try trading them, you will sure get burned
If you must trade them trade larger cap coins
3. Well they say the shittier the coin the sweetier the profit, this is no doubt true as it has been with many cases, the moment a coin gives you a profit, always protect your capital, don't get carried away else you might loose it all
