As you know, Dogecoin is infinite (Inflation) and 100% block reward will belong to miners (Concentration). I have a simple idea to make things more logical:

+ Proof of Burn: Coin holders can burn their coins to get "Permanent Tickets" to win 50% block reward. (a lucky ticket will be chosen each block).
+ Proof of Work: 50% reward will belong to the winning miner.
