Although the current market situation is not bearish for either Bitcoin and the altcoins, bear markets also have its own benefits and once utilized well, can yield some profits. During bear market, one of the best strategies to adopt in order to maximize once profit is to do trading in order to take advantage of the intermittent rises that happen during bear market. But hey, it takes some expertise to do this.

I don't think there should be any severe risk attached to altcoins held for long term because it is always assumed that before an investor chooses to hold a coin for long term, the investor must first perform a thorough study about the coin in order to ascertain the authenticity and capabilities of the coin. Once this is done, the coin in possession will only be subjected to minimal risk levels.

Loss is an inevitable part of crypto trading even with the trading experts. Sometimes it just happens irrespective of the market research and analysis made before trading. The most important thing here is that the trader's profit supersedes the losses.

Normally, most of the projects state is clearly in the general rules of the bounty program that the team and bounty management have got the right to make amendment in rules at the end of the bounty or as it is being run. I believe this aspect normally escapes bmost bounty hunters because they refuse to read the general rules of the bounty program.
It only becomes out of order and unaccepted when it was stated yet we have some changes in rules at the end of the bounty program. With that bounty hunters have every right to query the team.

There is some degree of risk attached to every crypto activity, starting from crypto mining, project development, investment, trading, holding, gambling etc. Concerning holding, it must be understood that not all altcoins are worth holding because not all these coins on the market are capable of surviving. This calls for the necessity of the investor to do personal researches on the project in order to ascertain the authenticity level and capabilities of the coin before deciding to hold.

Bitcoin is now the top leading currency experiencing the massive rise in price. The recent bull rise appears to be Bitcoin-centered although some altcoins showed some small degree of spikes. Investors who bought the dips when it went to $3.8K made more than 400% profit when it rose to $13K.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin is dominating against Altcoins

I used to see Altcoins market will always depend on Bitcoin dominance but looks like different now. What do you think? Here is the link https://www.newsbtc.com/2019/06/25/crypto-bitcoin-dominance-altcoins-btc/amp/
Of course, the trend appears to be a one way affair, bitcoin rising against the altcoins. This might be likely due to the trades made by holders of crypto already, thus holders of crypto are now selling or converting their altcoins to Bitcoins giving BTC more value. Perhaps this is to create some attention for Bitcoin in order to draw external investors to it.

Every crypto enthusiast wish the market could follow such a trend for a long term - experiencing a bull run from Q2 2019 to 2020. This is crypto and there is no permanent condition here. I have no intentions to spread FUD but let's all be realistic. It is sometimes good to be pessimistic in order to stay alert for swift withdrawal whenever the drop begins in order to stop losses. After this, wait till the last dip happens, buy more and wait patiently again for the next rise in price. I believe this will be the trend after this bull phase fades out.

Bitcoin is one of the few coins on the market yielding profits for its investors. From the beginning of Q2 2019, Bitcoin has made progress rises till date. Although there are few instances where there are drop in prices, the smart always take advantage of that and buy more because BTC always recovers and rises.

Well, I wouldn't advice for sales of Bitcoin now because it is still on the run taking that giant leap. 2019 bull market has started early and this is a good sign which tells the potentials ahead of the entire crypto space by the close of the year. Bitcoin is capable of hitting $30K by the end of the year. It requires patience to wait anyway.

Bitcoin has more space ahead to run its bull, hence selling at this time will not be a good choice unless the investors intends to do day-trading with it. Series of good news are hitting the crypto market now and it appears that the release of the Libra whitepaper has triggered some bulls on the market. I foresee BTC at a price of $15K within Q3 2019.

Running at loss is an inevitable fate for every investor and shouldn't be a bane to investors. It becomes abnormal when it becomes a routine. Investors must learn from losses or mistakes, seek advice from experts, adopt new strategies in order to recoup losses and maximize profits.

I don't think the decision to choose between Bitcoin and Ethereum should be a problem. These are the two best coins on the market with large caps and large crypto communities. The best move to pick on their investment is to divide the investment capital and invest in both coins. A percentage of 60% for Bitcoin and 40% for Ethereum will be a good choice.

Cryptocurrency does not need the support of the banks in order for it to function. Cryptocurrency and banks works on different principles, thus decentralization and centralization respectively. Cryptocurrency rather needs the support of the people because it was made for the people. Once people get to know its concept and embrace its benefits, crypto will see a new phase of growth.

Another year too because it needs something that can provide a factor for the price increase.
Then I also believe that this factor is the Bitcoin Halving which gives rewards to miners.

This is experience and my opinion .
Well, it seems many experts have strong hope in the Bitcoin halving which is set to happen next year. The question is, has there not been any instance where Bitcoin did not rise after the Halving? I believe Bitcoin needs something stronger and more effective than just the Bitcoin halving to make the tremendous travel to the $20K price mark and beyond. However, from the set pace of increase, we can expert about %15K price mark by the close of the year.
