I also think so, Russia is one of the supporters of the development of Cryptocurrency in the World by having big investors. If Russia bans Cryptocurrencies, of course this will harm the people there, and of course it will have a big impact. I agree with this, the Bank will not accept Bitcoin.  Because I have seen this case myself at my place, a bank even blocked an account that was caught making transactions by buying Bitcoin from that account.
