  yes all crypto users want binance exchange it is. A top tire exchange but now many major exchanges asking kyc for trading  however we can buy this coin without kyc.

I don't know about neo but I like Ethereum , Ethereum is a high secure network this is very easy to use it has big eco system than neo so Ethereum is still popular also we can easily deploy secure smart contract in Ethereum chain but some times it's gas fee is too high than BTC transaction but it will be solved in the next upgrade.
