I have over all the messages above to read and get too. Wanted to let everyone know I am still breathing, and alive - Paul has been getting some of the updates from me to share.  Here is a list of the things going on, and will provide a more ‘detailed’ update probably early next week on a couple. And as some of these firm up, soon as they do.

 ⁃ TNC Update - Lawyers are working on Dubai court case for criminal charges against the TNC Team and Investors - I can’t speak much about this, but moving forward with some VERY detailed allegations they can not hid from.
 ⁃ ServiceMax - We are moving forward with this as quickly as we can - Should have some more press around this in the upcoming week or 2 that is pretty exciting.
 ⁃ Implementation of blockchain transactions in the Krios platform - Hoping to have this completed within several weeks - We will be logging all communications on block chain, and accounting transactions. - This gives us not only something to talk about,  but something the is a large differentiator to our competition.
 ⁃ New partnership with a training/certification platform which will be making certification courses for our platform to further ensure trust between the freelancers and employers. This stuff is amazing… I can’t wait to show it off to everyone.
 ⁃ Release of a major update to Krios Platform for more employer friendly hiring, and using the platform to manage teams.
 ⁃ Removing a bunch of the categories to make it much more user friendly and help generate more revenues
 ⁃ Several more partnership announcements for both the crypto side and the freelancer side to be announced soon.

The freelancing network is getting bigger and bigger with time, and it doesn’t seem to slow down in the coming time. Whether you are a huge corporation or a small business owner, you must always have some tasks to outsource.

If you are new to this freelancing network, then several thoughts might cross your mind before hiring a freelancer like; how should I hire a freelancer? From which platform will I be able to get an expert freelancer to outsource my few tasks? Will he able to complete the required task?

3. Read Reviews:

Another way to know which freelancer is the right fit for you is to read their reviews. You can read the reviews given to each freelancer by their previous employers’ on Krios. By clicking on a freelancer’s chosen service, you can read the reviews given to that freelancer for his previous work.

After reading the reviews, you can get to know the quality of service provided by each freelancer. It will surely help you to shortlist several freelancers from which you can choose the one for you.

4. View Their Portfolio:

Krios allows each freelancer to display their portfolio along with the description. By taking a good look at the portfolio, you can see each freelancer’s capabilities and capacity.

 You can also ask a freelancer to show sample work before making a final decision. It will help you in getting to know the freelancers’ working style. 

5. Give an Underdog a Shot:

Don’t be afraid to make your bet on an underdog in this game. He might be the best choice for you.  A newbie also has what it takes to produce a top-notch result.

Instead of hiring a more famous or popular freelancer, you should take a leap of faith in choosing a newbie to complete your task. He will cost you less than a popular or most reviewed freelancer and will put his full effort and time in completing the task assigned to him.

Just make sure to communicate well with him to be sure that he is doing exactly what you want.

6. Communication is the Key:

When they say that communication is the key in every relationship, I guess it works for this process too. Effective communication with your freelancer will surely help you to get the desired outcome you want from him.

When you provide clear cut guidelines to the freelancer, he will be able to produce the results as you want. Make sure to provide him all the necessary details for the completion of the project.

How to Find the Right Freelancer on Krios - Part III

7. On-Time Payment:

Like your regular employees, you must also make sure to pay your freelancer on time. Treat your freelancers well, like your traditional regular employees. When a freelancer is happy or satisfied with you, he will indeed produce great work.

You can take your time to review the work and then send the final payment to the freelancer. Krios always escrows’ the employer’s payment for a few days so that he can review the final work delivered to him.

When you are fully satisfied with the work delivered to you, you can only make the freelancer’s final payment.

8. Leave Positive reviews:

One great benefit you can provide to your freelancer is to leave a positive review on the platform about the work he has done.

If you are satisfied with the work delivered to you by the freelancer, then you can give a 5-star review on their service. By giving a 5-star review to your freelancer, you help him grow his business on this freelancing network.

9. Give Respect to Your Freelancer:

Your freelancer needs to know that you not only value him for his skills but also value him as a person. Give respect to your freelancer, show him that you admire his skills.

Respect is a two-way street. When you give respect only then, you can earn respect.

Understand your freelancer if he has some issues and wants to take a day off. After all, they are humans who have a social life and may need to take a day off to fulfill their family commitments.

If you have Platform credits on site and have not converted to GIG, then you need to and move to your ERC20 based wallet - Only GIG in wallets you can see via etherscan.io will be in the profit share - Be 100% SURE… You are NOT putting in the contract address… I see several of those on the PS site.

We will be doing the time slice sometime Tuesday next week to give everyone a chance to check in and fix any issue that would prevent their PS earning. If we do not have the correct info, we will not correct after the PS distribution, you will have to wait for the next one.

It is official...

We have just processed the first profit share from Krios.io, Inc. to the GIG tokens.
The profit share was a surprise with a contract contributing a monthly amount to the PS pool. The great news is this contract has 26 more months of payouts. 
Q4, if no other profits, you would see a 3x of this one.

General Stats:
PS Pool size was - 176 million
The ETH per GIG was -     0.000000171   
 The USD per GIG was - 0.000058

Based on the LAToken Price as of right now 0.017980 USD, this is a     0.323% profit against the price - or Annualized to 3.871%

UPDATE

ServiceMax - deal is still 100% on. Dwight is dealing directly with the VP at ServiceMax.

TDT Revenue - this is our source of PS atm, and is taking up 10 hours a day. This is expected to continue for another 2 months.. so 2 more months of long days guarantees us 2 years of PS (from this deal alone)

Dwight is personally working on some more deals as I type. Another step in building Krios revenue.

KRIOS NEWS

● Company Priorities - 1st building revenue and also increasing liquidity on the exchanges. Thought PS would bring liquidity but this hasn't happened
● Krios Platform - not currently making the revenue we would like. But we're working on deals to increase this
● Folgory - Dwight and James can't even access the exchange. It doesn't look good and we advise people NOT to use it
● ServiceMax - not much communication from them so doesn't look good, however we are in discussions with a number of other companies which would in total bring in similar revenue. Probably a better scenario as all our eggs won't be in 1 basket with this deal. The program is built and ready to use
● Open X - progressing well
● TNC - legal case is progressing. We've spent $92,000 on lawyers so far and are after $20Mil. Hopefully the case settles
● Quarterly PS - this will continue as Quarterly and not monthly simply due to the gas fees. It costs a lot to send out so many transactions
● Current Revenue - taking alot of time atm, but its a solid guaranteed PS for 2 years. Also looking at another deal which would inject 1 Big revenue and PS
● Liquidity - working with a friend and company on increasing liquidity significantly. Includes a new idea (more to come)
