My post is not showing view counts - HELP

Hello dear community.

My experience  with the usage of this forum,  i noticed the view counts of a topic is alway found in the post descriptions header. However, i noticed one of the topic i created is not showing the view counts.

So the question is, is there a way to make the view counts available manually, or is it a system downtime that caused it or is it normal for it not to show?

When you said view count, are you referring to the number of times the topic has been read or opened?


If so, then perhaps none has opened it yet that's why it has no view count yet. It is better if you can also post that particular topic so we can also verify.

I don't think there's a way to manually count how many times a topic has been seen.

Hi, I can view the thread view counts and this topic had already 295 views. I think you had some problems for viewing it, could you try from your mobile and see whether it shows or not. It works on PC .
