Only guesses can be made as it's a function of how many people claim, when they claim, how many were referred. The bonuses paid increase the supply. The circulating supply is a function of how many coins are staked, also impossible to predict.
Over 50% of coins staked seems like a reasonable guess because of all the great bonuses paid only to stakers.
