The possibility in Bitcoin price after halving day

Do you know that after halving, the Bitcoin price probably decreases? Historical data showed that fact. In the previous halvings, Bitcoin price declined a bit after halving days. So, if you see the Bitcoin price is decreasing now, it is not surprising. It is normal and also happened in the previous halvings. As people said, Bitcoin halving won't give effects to Bitcoin prices suddenly. It should take time and progress for months. Therefore, I guess the big rising in Bitcoin price just happens at the end of 2020 or in 2021.

Hopefully the end of the year we can see the bullrun coming and the price of Bitcoin can reach $15k, this is what has always been on my mind, the rise in the price of Bitcoin will continue to be awaited by many people, but what I am worried about is the decline in prices that once reached below $5k when Bitcoin reached that price of $20k and at that time many investors lost because they expected a lot of profit without trading and just waiting for the price increase by expecting a new ATH achievement, I hope Bitcoin can maintain the current price and don't go down at the price of $7k, because as we know, there are many groups of whales who are ready to manipulate prices with a large number of transactions in just a few hours, so they will panic traders and buy Bitcoin at a low price.

Let's hope it really happens. Personally, I believe Bitcoin price can reach $15k at the end of this year. But it is only possible to happen if crypto/Bitcoin trend is in good situation. And there is no bad news about the current Bitcoin condition. Some experts have predicted that $15k is absolutely very reasonable to achieve after halving. Even if we are in Corona pandemic, I assume that crypto market isn't influenced much. So, we don't need to worry about the possibility of Bitcoin price after halving this year.

Then, after bullish, there should be following by a correction in price.

By the end of this year, bitcoin will definitely reach the level of $20K.

No one can guarantee that Bitcoin really can achieve $20K at the end of this year. Even an expert only predicts and never guarantees the exact amount of the potential Bitcoin price. As it is a prediction, the result can be true or wrong. So, don't be easily state that "definitely reaches $20K". No one knows, mate!!

In general, the Bitcoin price should increase after halving. But in reality, we cannot determine the exact time when the big increase to happen. We just hope there is a big surge at the end of 2020 or in 2021. According to some experts, the best time for Bitcoin to increase high is in 2021.

in my opinion there will probably be a time delay aka rising slowly after half a day.  Unlike the opinions of other Bitcoin actors, I don't see Bitcoin as a safe haven asset when the economy is down.

Not really sure to answer this. But although pandemic doesn't bring big impacts, it is surely contributing to the current drop. Not only whales, current news and world condition can influence the market trend. There are various factors that possibly trigger decline or bullish. So, be wise and smart to consider "buy" or "sell".

I don't see Bitcoin as a safe haven asset when the economy is down.

There are no safe-haven assets in the world. Every asset has its own risk, including Bitcoin. However, Bitcoin isn't about the risk only, it also offers a chance to get big profits, more than others exactly. This must be considered as well, don't only judge about its risks, we must be fair to state it.
