I don't think users can grant permissions so you can track their documents & eye movements.
I think you should start with a decentralized app related to reading & reviewing books, or a app for selling/renting copyrighted ebooks and using reading coins as a payment method for the platform between people who buy/sell or advise on books.

It's no big deal man, the idea is good, see the Reddit Gold coin for example, everything out there is tending to tokenize their business to facilitate the payments to sue their services, Premium or VIP services.
If they have a good content that can't be find everywhere, then it's a great idea indeed.

As we all know, there is no way to determine the value of a bitcoin. This coin has no intrinsic value. There have been many buyers who have merely determined that there will be some people in the future paying the price of bitcoin at a higher price. That is natural human speculation.

I have never heard of it. But there are lots of academic related projects flying all over the cryptocurrency space, and most are just plain dross and shitcoins. Hope this isn't like those

It is difficult to trace who read and do not. There are more things to do before this project will become successful because it is broad idea need to summarize in order to fix the matter. your project is not clear there should be a team of developers and a clear road map if you really want to make the project a good purpose you create a project for what should be something interesting I see your project only took investors for a fund everyone knows that ico not more popular if you create a project with the name ico Reading coin and there is no clarity about your project, of course, this is not good and not interesting.
