Me too, I also believe Ethereum will touch 3K USD again, even  will touch 5K USD at the end of this year.
It's just my prediction because I see crypto market is still strong although It's bearish season and there is war between Russia and Ukraine.
I have bought Ethereum at last week and will hold  until the next year.

Everything needs a process and of course also for this ETH has now reached the All Time High which is very expensive and what I like about Ethereum is because the value of Ethereum is not in terms of price as well but in terms of community it is also very dominating.

Amazing to see that in July 2020 the price of Eth was around $300 and OP was then wishing that it could be reaching $400. Months after, we see that Ethereum has been trading at the $2500 - $3000 range as of press time and there is a big chance that soon we can see Eth getting beyond $3K and hopefully can establish a new ATH...though this can be taking some time because we are still in the dip and the bears are saying hellos. all coin movements are influenced by bitcoin so when bitcoin goes down it is certain that everything will follow.

maybe I agree with you buddy that bitcoin can recover at the end of the year, maybe it will be in the range of $25K-$35K only and will move continuously in the following year until the halving occurs again.
