Many things can be bought with Bitcoin nowadays.  For example, any product can be bought through Bitcoin from Overstock.com.  Many more such businesses are now using Bitcoin as a currency.  The idea is that just as credit cards are being used instead of money now, in the future money and credit cards will be replaced by bitcoin or some other coin.source

Yes, they can do it. There are many companies and business that are starting from day one to accept payments with Bitcoin for different products, but that is something that will increase with the passage of time. Some small businesses may not yet have the skills to do so, but with time and help from the government, the number of businesses available will increase. That is why I have always thought that this "initial education" should have been before the 7th.

The wallets calculate that rate in real time the moment something is bought with Bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies) so that there is no confusion or loss on the part of the buyer or the seller. The biggest problem is that in some areas the mobile network does not work, and that is a negative point for the use of crypto in some parts of the world.

In some countries and some platforms, Bitcoin is already used as a payment tool. So, surely you can buy some goods with Bitcoin. But it still has limitations, it is not applied to all countries or platforms. Some of them don't accept Bitcoin as a payment tool because of many reasons. It is normal since Bitcoin is still not a global payment tool yet. It shouldn't be the same with dollars which can be used globally.

Of course, all countries didn't accept bitcoin for payment method. But I believe at the coming by future , bitcoin will be accepted by almost all countries of the world.

I think global acceptance will take a very long time. I do think it's possible, but it won't happen over the next few years.
