链闻消息，乌克兰最高拉达（乌克兰议会）通过了虚拟资产法案，加密货币等虚拟资产在该国正式合法化。虚拟资产法案对虚拟资产的定义包括了比特币等加密货币，也包含了代币化的资产。法案规定虚拟资产在该国不得作为支付手段，但公民可以合法地持有以及交易。加密领域的公司若在在乌克兰运营需要获得许可证。
